Yesterday, detectives arrested 18-year-old Jordan Lewis and charged him with grand theft for stealing an Apple watch during an OfferUp transaction. Lewis had arranged to buy the watch from a Delray Beach man outside of the Boynton Beach Mall last Thursday.
