The Records Division is responsible for providing copies of police reports, handling issues with parking citations and taking public records requests.
Requests for police reports can be made in person from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
All other requests should be made through the City Clerk's Office: http://www.boynton-beach.org/departments/city_clerk/public_records_request.php
Accident reports can only be obtained online at www.buycrash.com
If you wish to request a report in writing, send written request, with $2.00 per report, together with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
