The Records Division is responsible for providing copies of police reports, handling issues with parking citations and taking public records requests.

Requests for police reports can be made at any time.


All other requests should be made through the City Clerk's Office: 


Accident reports can only be obtained online at


If you wish to request a report in writing, send written request, with $2.00 per report, together with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

A background check may be obtained online through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement or in person at the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, 3228 Gun Club Road, WPB, FL 33406.
