15-036953 Engaging in a Business w/o a License – Arrest 500 W. Boynton Beach Blvd.
Officer Grigorian arrested W/F Kimberly Ellis; after a thorough investigation revealed that although previously warned – Kimberly was panhandling at the aforesaid location. Kimberly was issued a Notice to Appear and released.
15-037002 Warrant Arrest 100 NE 3rd Avenue
Officer James made contact with B/M Johnson, Jermaine, at the above location, during a traffic stop. A complete record check revealed two (2) active warrants – both were for Failure to Appear for traffic-related offenses. Afterwards, Jermaine was processed and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-037030 Trespass on School Property – Arrest 8400 Lawrence Road
Officers responded to Citrus Cove Elementary in reference to an audible alarm. As officers arrived; school board police advised that they could see individuals, via surveillance cameras, walking through the corridors and in possession of a fire extinguisher. In a collaborative effort, Bravo 1/2 officers quickly responded and set up a perimeter in preparation for the responding K9. Their combined efforts were beneficial; as a result officers arrested five individuals: W/M Pedro Pelitez, W/M Camilo Zabala, and 3 juveniles. All juveniles were issued a Juvenile Referral and released to their respective parents. The adult defendants were issued a Notice to Appear.
15-036927 Recovered GTA 500 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. 1200 hours
Vehicle reported stolen from our city yesterday. Officers located the vehicle at the above location and followed it to gateway and Seacrest. The vehicle then ran a red light and fled south on NE 1st Lane from Gateway. Officer Montoute located the vehicle in the 100 block of NE 18th Ave unoccupied. K-9 tracked with negative results.
15-36934 Burglary Residence SE 1st Street 1230 hours
Victim reported items stolen from garage that was accidentally left open overnight. The total loss is unknown at this time.
