The Technology Services Division manages and supports the agency’s information technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations that support public safety and administrative functions.
The division assesses technology needs, resolves system issues, and develops policies and procedures to ensure systems operate in accordance with industry standards and best practices. It also oversees the procurement and lifecycle management of computer equipment and software, including evaluating needs, researching solutions, and coordinating vendor services and contracts.
Technology Services is responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical information systems and applications that support key operational areas such as records management, communications, and administrative services. This includes system development, upgrades, and ongoing technical support.
