Welcome to the Boynton Beach Police Department. It is an honor to serve this community and to lead the dedicated professionals who protect it each day. When I first stepped into the role of Interim Chief—and later as Chief of Police—my priority was clear: provide stability, strengthen trust, and ensure that our department remained focused on the essential mission of keeping Boynton Beach safe.
From day one, I’ve been proud of the resilience, compassion, and professionalism of the men and women of this department. Together, we worked to stabilize operations, rebuild confidence, and return our organization to the high standards that our community deserves. Whether it was improving internal processes, strengthening operations across our Communications Center, upgrading our technology systems, or expanding community engagement, our goal has always been to deliver consistent and reliable service.
We have focused on building strong partnerships—with residents, faith‑based organizations, local businesses, neighborhood groups, and city leadership. These relationships make us stronger, help us problem‑solve more effectively, and ensure that public safety remains a shared responsibility.
At the same time, we are investing in our people. Leadership development, specialized training, and modern tools continue to be priorities. Our officers deserve the resources and support needed to perform at their best, and our community deserves a police department that is forward‑thinking, responsive, and accountable.
As we look ahead, our commitment remains firm: to protect, to serve, and to uphold the trust placed in us. I am grateful for the opportunity to lead this department and deeply proud of the work our staff performs every day. Together, we will continue building a safer, stronger Boynton Beach.
