Boynton Beach, FL – March 1, 2024 – The Boynton Beach Police Department announces the arrest of 27-year-old Angel Silvestre-Jacinto following an extensive investigation led by Boynton Beach Police Detectives and Child Protective Services. Silvestre-Jacinto has been accused of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of a 5-year-old child.
Following a thorough investigation, it was determined that Silvestre-Jacinto posed a flight risk, at which time the U.S. Marshals Service adopted the case, and successfully apprehended the suspect at a Wal-Mart in the Jupiter area on Thursday, February 29th. Silvestre-Jacinto is currently being held at the Palm Beach County Jail.
“Protecting our community, especially our most vulnerable members, is our top priority,” said Chief of Police Joseph DeGiulio.” The collaborative efforts of our detectives, alongside our partners in Child Protective Services and the U.S. Marshals Service, have resulted in the swift arrest of the suspect.”
