16-007248 Shots Fired/Suspicious Incident 100 SW 8th Street
Officers responded to the aforesaid location to a report of shots fired; however, after a canvas of the area and check of the local medical facilities – the incident was reclassified to a suspicious incident until such time additional information can be gleaned.
16-007260 Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling 115 NE 16th Avenue
Officers responded to the aforesaid location to a report of shots fired. As officers arrived in the area; several individuals ran inside the residence. In addition, a quick canvas of the area revealed over a dozen bullet casings (both .45 cal. and .223) were located in the roadway and three separate vehicles that were struck during the incident. Based on the exigent circumstances and everything known; officers had 17 occupants of the residence step out to the front yard. Investigation revealed that several individuals had gotten into a verbal confrontation with some other individuals (that reside in Delray Beach); which possibly led to the shooting. A check of the local medical facilities was conducted; revealing negative results. Crime Scene Tech Eichorst and Stidham responded to collect and document the evidence.
16-07147 0808 hours Burglary Auto 1860 N. Seacrest Blvd.
Victim stated that she parked in the driveway of the above address to drop her child off. In doing so, she left the vehicle unlocked with her purse in the front seat. When she returned just five minutes later, her purse and its contents were missing. Officers spoke with several individuals that were in the area during the time, but no one admitted to seeing anything.
16-07148 0809 hours Burglary Auto 112 SW 8th PL.
Victim stated that sometime between 02-04-16 @ 2100hrs and 02-06-16 at 2130hrs, unknown entered the victim’s 2016 Ford Edge rental vehicle and took his loaded Beretta Nano 9mm gun from the armrest without his permission. Also stolen was an extended magazine with talon grips and a N82 tactical holster. The gun was entered into F/NCIC as stolen.
16-07153 0844 hours GTA 748 Manatee Bay Dr.
Sometime between 2030hrs on 02-06-16 and 0800hrs today, unknown suspect took victim’s 2016 Maroon Mazda 6 without permission. Victim stated that he lost one of his key fobs earlier (unknown where) and believes someone in the complex found it and stole his car. Vehicle was entered into F/NCIC as stolen.

Victim reported unknown person stole $30 from the center console of his truck between 2100 hours last night and 0900 hours this morning.
16-06988 1328 hours Burglary Auto 2424 N. Federal Hwy.
Victim reported unknown person stole $3 from the center console of his vehicle between 2030 hours last night and 0430 hours this morning.
16-006779 Strong Arm Robbery – Delayed 101 S. Congress Avenue
Officers made contacted with woman, who reported that her juvenile son came home from school and told her that an unidentified B/M (described as 6-00 in height – flat top afro – wearing a dark blue shirt and tan pants), ordered him to hand over his cellular phone. The mom went on to report that after the unknown B/M forcibly took the cellular phone; the unknown B/M fled the scene. The mom stated that her son came home; he had told her what had occurred – at which time, she called the police department regarding the incident.
16-6723 1208 hours Burglary Auto 1500 SW 8th St. (Home Depot)
Victim reported unknown person entered his van between 1130 and 1200 hours, by “punching” the side door lock, stealing $4030.00 worth of tools from within.
