Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his vehicle by smashing the passenger window and took a backpack containing misc. items and currency.
17024393 1725 hours Burglary Residence (delayed) 1036 SW 26th Avenue
Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his garage and removed a bicycle. The victim stated that the crime could have been committed in the last week.
17024425 1915 hours Grand Theft 1005 W. Gateway Blvd. (Publix).
Victim reported being the victim of an “Offer-Up” theft. The victim described the suspects as five black males driving an older model blue Jeep Cherokee. The victim was not able to get any tag information and the suspect was last seen travelling south on I-95.
Traffic unit conducted saturation patrol in the 2200 block of W. Woolbright which resulted in a total of 27 citations issued.
17-24318 0814 hrs OD Non-Fatal 1919 N Seacrest Blvd
Subject was observed pushing a scooter and appeared under the influence. Officers made contact with the subject to subsequently lost consciousness and began to OD. FD responded and transported to BMH where he will recover.
17-024197 1734 hours Fleeing and Eluding 1800 N. Federal Hwy.
Officer s were conducting a selective enforcement in the 1800 block of N. Federal Hwy when they attempted to wave down a 2003 silver Mercury bearing FL temp tag R183604. After acknowledging officers and pretending to pullover, the driver, later identified as Shedrick Meyers swerved and accelerated away. Responding officers located Meyers trying to hide his vehicle behind 524 E. Gateway. When officers activated their emergency equipment Meyers immediately surrendered without further incident. Meyers was charged with Fleeing and Eluding and possession of Marijuana, TOT PBCJ.

Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his unlocked screened patio and removed his golf clubs valued at $1,500.
17-024289 2345 hours Overdose Fatal 301 N. Seacrest Blvd. (First Baptist Church).
A witness reported seeing the victim park his truck in the parking lot of First Baptist Church and walk down NE 3rd Ave. The witness then called police after noticing the victim truck was still parked and running. Officers responded and found the victim deceased of an apparent overdose. Crime Scene and Detective Bureau responded.

Occurred between 04/28/2017 1900 hrs and 04/29/2017 0700 hrs. Sccy 9mm handgun stolen (no serial#).
17-24153 1053 hrs Death – Overdose 319 SW 9th Ave
Units responded to a CLS where 2 patients were located on the floor in the bedroom. One patient was confirmed deceased on scene and the second patient was transported to BMH where he is in ICU in critical condition.
17023402 2350 hours Suspicious Incident 1319 N. Federal Hwy (U-Haul).
Anonymous witness called 911 in reference to someone syphoning gas from trucks. Officers arrived on scene and located B/M Torris L. Harris climbing up a canal bank. Harris resisted officers and was arrested for R/A and Possession of Cocaine. Charges of Burglary and theft are pending.
17023418 0015 hours Stolen Auto 905 W. Woolbright Rd (Racetrac).
Victim reported that unknown suspects jumped into his blue 2017 Hyundai Sonata Enterprise rental bearing FL tag BWBK63, while he ran in the store. The vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC. Keys are with the vehicle. Video surveillance malfunctioned during the time of the incident.
The B3/4 platoon responded to 1 non-fatal overdose during the course of the shift.

Occurred between 2130 and 0630 hours.
17-23898 AOD Ocean Ridge PD/ BBPD K-9 Apprehension Hudson Ave and N. Ocean Blvd 0220hrs
Officers responded to the above address in reference to a request for mutual aid from Ocean Ridge PD. Information was gleaned four suspects had bailed out of a vehicle and three had been apprehended while the fourth was still at large. K-9 Officer Adams and his partner Duke arrived on scene and proceeded to initiate a track. Within minutes Duke led Ocean Ridge Officers to a hedge line where the 16 yoa suspect was hiding. He was subsequently apprehended without incident.

Brian Kyles fled from a traffic stop on Old Boynton Rd and into the Target parking lot. Kyles then discarded a bag of marijuana and stopped. Kyles was arrested and tot PBCJ.
17-23857 Aggravated Battery 1901 N Seacrest Blvd 2022hrs
Two juveniles responded to BMH after being shot by unk b/m suspects. The suspects were armed with BB pistols according to the victims. Both were treated at BMH. Investigation is on-going and in conjunction with a subsequent complaint tonight: 17-23870 @2156hrs where several subjects were reported to be in the park armed with guns. Two BB handguns were recovered at the entrance.
17-23871 Fail to Stop 2821 S Federal Hwy 2214hrs
Officers attempted to stop a red Toyota Camry. The vehicle did not yield and the attempt to stop was abandoned. Vehicle was last seen entering Delray.
17-23873 Resist Arrest/DWLSCR 1333 N Congress Ave 2219hrs
Officers stopped a Bryan Ramonvil in referenced to a traffic infraction. A record check revealed Ramonvil did not have a valid dl and the vehicle was not properly registered. Ramonvil stated that officers were not going to tow his car and attempted to reach into the vehicle. Ramonvil sustained minor injuries as a result of taser deployment. Ramonvil was medically cleared and tot PBCJ. SIR in progress.

Officers responded to the report of an armed robbery. The suspect allegedly pointed a firearm at the victim and took the victim’s keys.The suspect vehicle is a gold Chevrolet Impala bearing FL CUTC85 was last seen north bound on Congress Ave.
