Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) stole a set of golf clubs sometime between January and today, however, they believe that they were taken sometime in February.
17-019876 2341hrs Poss. Contraband/Tampering Evidence Old Dixie Hwy/S Federal Hwy
Officers pulled over a silver Toyota Camry for a traffic infraction. The driver, Tara Jill Hirschhorn, was found in possession of .5 grams of crack cocaine, .3 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia (glass pipe). During the traffic stop, Hirschhorn dumped the crack cocaine onto the ground in the presence of the officers. Hirschhorn also had a warrant for her arrest for FTA. Hirschhorn was later TOT PBCJ.
17-019906 0055hrs Disorderly Intox/Batt. Leo x3 739 E Ocean Ave (Banana Boat)
W/F Kelley Maresca was arrested for disorderly intoxication at the above location. As officers took Maresca into custody, Maresca intentionally struck the officers. While at booking, Maresca intentionally kicked another officer. The officers were not injured. Maresca was later TOT PBCJ.

Victim advised that he parked a 2009 Nissan Versa, FL tag 333NRE, in the parking lot and went into the store. He left the keys in the ignition and the vehicle running while he was in the store. When he exited the store he observed an unknown suspect driving away from the parking lot in the vehicle.

Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) stole the developments Yamaha golf cart with tools. The tools were recovered in the bushes near the 600 bldg.; however, the golf cart was not recovered.

Victim stated between 04/06/2017 at 2130 hrs and 04/07/2017 0655 hrs someone stole his 2016 matte black Honda CBR 1000R Motorcycle, Temp FL Tag 25WIE. Motorcycle entered into F/NCIC.

Victim was found unresponsive lying in the bedroom floor. Narcotic evidence was located near the deceased. Investigation is on-going.
17-019651 2136 hours Disorderly Intoxication/RA Without Violence 1725 S. Federal Hwy
Elisa Ostertag was placed under arrest at Tijuana Flats for the above charges. While in transport to the BBPD Ostertag was found have a small laceration to her chin. While in booking Ostertag continued to resist officers including striking her head while inside the cell and in the back of patrol unit. Ostertag was medically cleared and tot PBCJ.
17-019696 0125 hours Poss. Of Firearm by Conv Felon/CCF 100 NW 10th Ave
Officers were conducting extra patrols at 1005 N. Seacrest Blvd (Z-Mart) and attempted to make contact with Billy Jean Brown Jr. who took flight towards 100 NW 10th Ave. After a brief foot pursuit, Brown was tased and apprehended. Brown was found to be in possession of Jimenez Arms 9mm firearm (loaded). Brown was medically cleared and tot PBCJ.

Victim reported a burglary to her 2012 Silver Ford Fiesta which was parked in the parking lot of CrossFit. The vehicle’s driver side rear window was smashed but nothing was discovered stolen from the vehicle.

Victim Reported a burglary to her 2006 Silver Toyota Highlander which was parked in the parking lot of CrossFit. The vehicle’s front passenger window was smashed and a purse containing several items was stolen (total $1,330).
17-019425 Robbery Firearm 1901 N. Seacrest Bvld (Ezell Hester) 2110hrs
The two victims were leaving Ezell Hester after playing basketball when they were approached by two black males holding black handguns. The subjects pointed the firearms at the victims and robbed the victims of their cellphones and wallet. The suspects were described as young males, one wearing a white tank top and a beanie, the other wearing a red t-shirt, black shorts, and a bandana. Suspects fled in an unknown direction. Units established a perimeter and searched the area for subjects matching the description with no success. Investigation on going.
