Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) damaged the door lock and entered the business, stealing property from within.

Victim advised unknown suspect(s) damaged the ignition controls of a bulldozer sometime during the evening.

Victim advised that their vehicle tire was slashed during the evening hours.
17-050350 2053 hours Overdose (Non-Fatal) 15 Via De Casas Sur #102.
17-050385 2358 hours Strong arm Robbery 755 W. B.B.B. (Checkers).
Units responded to above address in reference to a Strong arm Robbery. Upon arrival they made contact with the complainant who stated a W/M drove up to the drive through window and stole $46 from the cash register. Complainant stated she attempted to stop the suspect from taking the money but a struggle ensued and he was able to snatch the money from her. Suspect fled East on Boynton Beach Blvd. riding a black in color motorcycle (N.O.I). Units searched the area but met with negative results in locating the suspect. Suspect was described as wearing a blue shirt/black shorts with green lettering/blonde hair/tattoos on hands and being “dirty looking.”
17050062 1831 hours Overdose (Non-Fatal) 220 SW 6th St
Officers arrived and found w/f 03/27/1995 suffering from an apparent overdose. Officers did utilize the Narcan injector and she did regain consciousness. She was later transported to Bethesda for further treatment.
17050094 2104 hours Overdose (Violent) 2450 Quantum Blvd
Officers responded and found w/m 01/25/1983 in an excited delirium state, later determined to be from the use of Flakka. Physical force had to be utilized to bring him under control in order to have him sedated by EMS. He was transported to JFK for further treatment.
17050142 0214 hours Shots Fired 1200 N Railroad
Officers responded and located two (2) .40 caliber shell casings in the roadway. No victims had been located at the time of this writing.
17049842 1828 hours Overdose (Non-Fatal) 3531 S Federal Hwy #C
A neighbor observed that w/m 07/25/1991 was sitting in the patio area of the apartment and was unresponsive and appeared to need medical assistance. EMS had to force entry into the apartment and along with officers found that he was overdosing from snorting heroin. He was revived and later transported to Bethesda.
17049895 2350 hours Fleeing and Eluding 400 W Boynton Beach Blvd
Officer observed an Audi, blue in color, FL tag#GMUU81 (tag not assigned to this vehicle) operating recklessly. A traffic stop was initiated and the vehicle fled at an even higher rate of speed and entered onto I-95 northbound. Officers discontinued their efforts.

Victim came to the station to report that between 1830 hours last night and 0800 hours this date unknown person(s) entered his unsecured 2013 gray Toyota Tundra pickup. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) stole approximately $10 in loose change from the console of the vehicle.
17-049759 0928 hours Possession of Contraband 1005 W Gateway Blvd
W/M Joseph C McQuade DOB 06/02/79 was arrested for possession of 8.5 grams of heroin/fentanyl and possession of paraphernalia following a traffic stop and subsequent investigation in the parking lot of Publix. His passenger w/m Philip M Garcia DOB 01/20/90was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. McQuade was sent to county jail while Garcia was released with an NTA. McQuade’s black BMW was held for forfeiture.

Victim reported that between 2030 hours last night and 0930 hours this date unknown suspect(s) stole his white 2008 Nissan Altima bearing FL tag Y12SDC. The vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.
17-049773 1109 hours Possession of Contraband 1213 NW 4th Street
W/M Andrew A Marini DOB 05/03/77 was arrested after investigation revealed he was in possession of crack cocaine and a glass pipe in the area of Cherry Hill Mini-Mart. Post Miranda, Marini advised he had just purchased the crack cocaine prior to officers’ arrival.
17-049779 1124 hours Burglary Auto 2933 Quantum Lakes Drive
Victim reported that between 2000 hours last night and 1030 hours this date unknown person(s) entered his unsecured gray 2013 Chevy Camaro bearing FL tag BXX2954. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) stole a Jansport backpack containing his Glock 17 handgun from the trunk of the car. The firearm was entered in to FCIC/NCIC as stolen.
