On 02/05/2019, Victim had a plumber in her residence for repair work. Upon arriving home on that date, the victim observed her front door unsecured and ajar with the plumber gone. Victim later discovered several items missing from the residence.

While investigating a dispute, Officers discovered B/F Krystal Baker had a warrant for her arrest. Baker TOT PBCJ.

While on patrol, officers made contact with B/M Damien Andrews. A records check revealed Andrews to have a warrant for his arrest. TOT PBCJ.
19-007842 0051 hours Recovered Stolen Auto 515 N Congress Ave
Officers located a red Toyota Corolla bearing FL tag 945NQD unoccupied in the parking lot. Vehicle was determined to be stolen out of our city on 01/06/19.

Victim stated between 1545 hours and 1630 hours on today’s date, unknown suspects stole his Schwinn Bicycle from under the stairs of his residence that was secured via a chain and lock.
19-007580 1633 hours Grand Theft Auto/Resisting Arrest 3220 E Palm Dr
Victim stated while delivering a pizza to the residence, two B/M’s entered his 2001 gray Chevy Impala FL tag 258QCW that he left running and unsecured. A short time later, officers observed the vehicle traveling west on Hypoluxo Rd. B/M/J fled from the vehicle on foot as the vehicle fled the area. After a brief foot pursuit, Lusane was detained. Juvenile was arrest for Trespass Conveyance and R/A. Juvenile TOT JAC. The vehicle was not recovered.
19-007649 0011 hours Suspicious Incident/Shots Fired 625 Oak St
Caller reported hearing six shots in the area. A check of the area yielded negative results for any crime scene. Local hospitals checked.
19-7500 Theft 620 Horizons W. 0842hrs
Victims locked their bicycles up on 02/08 after riding them. Today at 1600hrs, a neighbor advised them that someone had cut the lock off the bikes and took the. The bicycles are as follows; sky blue 26’ Huffy single speed cruiser with a rusty handle bar and a black Genesis 29’ Onex single speed cruiser with rusty spokes on the front tire.
19-7541 Burglary Auto N. Congress Av 1327hrs
At 1310hrs, the victim parked her 2018 Ford Edge in the parking lot of Starbucks and entered the business. When she returned 15 minutes later, she found that an unknown suspect entered her vehicle and took her black travel bag and its contents from the back seat without her permission.
19-007328 1644 hours Trespass Warning 3301 Quantum Blvd (City Hall)
H/M Luiz Rodrigues DOB: 10/30/1964 has caused several disturbances at City Hall (3301 Quantum Boulevard Boynton Beach, Florida 33435) and has had several encounters being verbally aggressive with city workers and city utility staff. He was formally trespassed from the Quantum location today after becoming irate again.
19-007339 1651 hours Fraud
Victim stated she was contacted via telephone by a female representing herself as a bank employee. The victim was advised her debit and credit card were compromised. Shortly after a B/M arrived at her residence and retrieved the cards. After learning this was a fraud, the victim realized over $8,000 had been withdrawn or charged to her accounts.

Victim reported between 2200 hours on 02/07 and 1715 hours on 02/08, unknown suspects entered the victim’s unsecured vehicle. Vehicle was rummaged through, however no items of value appeared to be missing.

Victim reported between 1730 hours and 1930 hours on today’s date, unknown persons stole the victim’s blue beach cruise style bicycle which was locked under the stairwell of her residence.
19-7241 Burglary NW 1st CT 0810hrs
Victim last saw her unoccupied home in its normal condition (empty) on 02/07 at 0640hrs. When she returned to the property today at 0823hrs, she found that an unknown suspect had removed the front and two bedroom doors without her permission. A screen from one of the windows was also removed.

Sometime between 1700hrs and 02/07 and today at 0855hrs, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked blue 2016 Toyota Tacoma and removed a black had gun with two 15 rounds magazines without permission.
