W/M Johnathan Beltran DOB 09-26-91 was arrested for possession of marijuana <20 grams following a lawful traffic stop. Beltran was processed and released via NTA .
18-004539 0008 hours Overdose (Non-fatal) 524 E Gateway Blvd
28 year old Hispanic female was found unresponsive in the parking lot of the Quik Stop. Officers administered Narcan and she was transported to Bethesda Hospital where she is expected to recover.
18-004212 1833 hours DUI 222 NE 9th Avenue
Officer Castro arrested b/m Eddison Jacques DOB 10-08-79 after he was found passed out in his running vehicle blocking the entrance to City Shop facilities. Jacques was processed and sent to county jail.
18-004233 1948 hours Possession of Contraband 100 W Boynton Beach Blvd
B/M Charles L Gettemy was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of paraphernalia following a lawful traffic stop. Gettemy was processed and sent to county jail.
18-004280 2317 hours DWLS 600 NW 5th Street
B/F Marnisha U Jones DOB 10-24-94 was arrested for driving while license suspended with knowledge after initially not stopping for a traffic infraction in the 700 block of NW 4th Street. After stopping in the 600 NW 5th Street it was discovered that her license and that is why she did not stop. Jones was processed and releases via NTA.
18-004113 0933 hours Burglary Structure 405 NE 23rd Ave.
Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his fenced property entered his tool shed and removed numerous tools.
18-004168 1400 hours Overdose (Fatal) 2033 S. Seacrest #A.
33 YOA was found deceased by his mother of an apparent overdose. Detective Bureau and Crime Scene called out.
18-004180 1445 hours Shooting 1018 NW 4th Street.
Officer responded to the area of Cherry Hill Mini-Mart in reference to a shooting. Officers located an 12 year old boy who had been shot. Witnesses stated that a gold or tan SUV pulled in front of the store, three black males exited and began shooting at unknown males subjects next door. Detectives and Crime Scene called out. The victim was transported to Bethesda and is expected to make a full recovery.
18-003999 2010 hours Possession of Contraband 300 NW 11th Avenue
NIU agents arrested B/M Richard A Smith DOB 02-16-82 for possession of marijuana w/intent to sell following a lawful traffic stop. Smith had in his possession 240 grams of marijuana in separate plastic bags. Smith also had digital scales and $1,700 cash in his possession. Smith was processed and sent to county jail. The money was held for forfeiture.

B/M Fedner Jean DOB 01-25-89 was arrested for possession of marijuana <20 grams after he was found in Boynton Lakes Park parked next to a sign which read Park open Sunrise to Sunset.
18-004024 2157 hours Possession of Contraband 700 N Federal Hwy
NIU agents arrested B/M Joseph A Simon DOB 01-31-93 for possession of marijuana with intent to sell and CCF following a lawful traffic stop. Simon had 10.8 grams of marijuana in individual plastic bags along with a digital scale. Search incident to arrest officers located an S&W SD9VE 9mm pistol on the seat. The pistol was not reported stolen. Simon was processed and sent to county jail.
18-004036 2248 hours Stolen Auto 1030 W Gateway Boulevard
Victim reported that between 2030 hours and 2230 hours unknown person(s) stole his gold 2012 Chevy Equinox bearing FL tag BAFW45. Victim was at the Smoke Inn Casa de Montecristo. Victim reported that patrons leave their vehicle keys in a bin inside of the business. Upon leaving at 2230 hours the keys and vehicle were missing. Possibly an oversight; however, vehicle has yet to be returned. Vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.
