17-004265 Burglary Auto 1011 Meadows Circle 19:29 hours
Victim advised she parked her vehicle (2009 Chrysler Pt Cruiser FL tag 674XYJ) on 01/05/2017 at noon and when she returned on 01/20/2017 at approximately 1000 hours she observed the vehicle had been ransacked. Numerous items were missing from the vehicle.
17-004274 Shooting/occupied dwelling 4448 Knight Road 20:22 hours
Victim advised she was washing dishes in the kitchen when she heard a loud bang coming from the living room. Upon checking the living room she observed a hole in her ceiling and a bullet projectile on the floor. A canvass of the area revealed negative results.
17-004177 0819hrs Suspicious Incident 2600 Quantum Blvd.
Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred. Several juvenile suspects were detained, and two airsoft/bb guns were recovered in the area. Investigation revealed that the alleged victim was not forthright regarding the course of events, and that all involved were participating in narcotics use together when an argument occurred. A refusal to prosecute was signed.
17-003982 0421 hours AOD/ FHP (DUI Arrest) 400 W. Boynton Beach Blvd.
While enroute to roll call, Officer Lauture came upon a FHP Trooper on a traffic stop in the 400 block of West Boynton Beach Blvd. Officer Lauture made contact with the trooper and was asked by the trooper to standby while he conducted a DUI investigation on the driver. After B/M Joshua Baker DOB 03/17/90 exited the vehicle he became upset and refused to comply with the Trooper’s lawful instruction(s) and DUI exam. Baker pulled away from officers and attempted to re-enter his vehicle. Baker was arrested after a short struggle ensued with the Trooper and Officer Lauture. There were no reported injuries to any of the involved parties. Baker was TOT PBCJ by the Trooper.
17-3826 AOD FD 200 I95 0848hrs
Officers responded to the report of a 3 yr old not breathing. The child’s mother had pulled over onto the shoulder of I95 SB. Officers assisted FD and temporarily re-routed traffic around the southbound exit (Gateway Blvd) The child was stabilized and t.o.t. BMH for additional treatment and evaluation.
17-3829 Vandalism 208 S Seacrest Blvd 0913hrs
Library personnel reported that one of the impact windows in the library had been damaged.
17-003510 R/A w/o Violence 1005 N Seacrest Blvd. 18:44 hours
B/M Ashton Jamarl Millines was charged with city ordinance violation / open container and resisting arrest without violence after he was located in front of EZ mart drinking an alcoholic beverage from an open container. Millines was placed under arrest, transported to BBPD, and tot to Palm Beach County Jail.
17-003536 Susp/ Incident Shots Fired 36 Crossings Circle 20:21 hours
BBPD units responded to the area of building 22 in reference to a report of shots fired. BBPD units canvassed the area however did not locate any evidence supporting the report.
17-003543 Burglary Auto 504 E Gateway Blvd. 20:43 hours
Victim advised she parked her vehicle on the side of her residence at approximately 19:30 hours and when she returned at 20:40 hours the back window was busted out. The victim canvassed the inside of the vehicle and estimated that several cell phones, misc jewelry, and a pair of Bluetooth headphones were missing totaling $250. BBPD unit checked for possible witnesses or evidence with negative results.
17-003548 Robbery Strong Arm NW 17th Ave and NW 3rd St 21:06 hours
Victim advised he met with two subjects – one he knows by “Rawboi Tray” described as approximately 5’10”, 140 lbs in his mid 20’s wearing a grey hoodie and jeans and another black male (Unknown) 5’11”, 150 lbs, having long dreds and gold teeth in his mid 20’s wearing a black hoodie and jeans. As Tray asked the victim questions the subject having the dreds snatched the victims iphone 6 (Serial FFNRMPLVGMC) and both subjects left the area on foot.
