15-3089 Poss. Heroin/Paraphernalia 701 W. BBB
Anonymous citizen called in to advise that a male and female were in a vehicle doing drugs. Upon arrival Vincent Lopriore and Rebecca Blogg were found to be in possession of heroin and paraphernalia in plain view. Both were arrested and processed. Lopriore was taken to PBCJ and Blogg was released with an NTA.
15-3108 RA w/o and poss. of paraphernalia 1000 W. Gateway Blvd
Cole Rancour and Aydryiona Winstone were stopped while operating bicycles without the proper equipment. An F/NCIC check of records revealed the bicycles were stolen (ref. BBPD case# 15-003080). After an investigation was completed it was learned that both had given false names and were in possession of paraphernalia. Both were processed and taken to PBCJ. The bicycles were recovered and returned to their rightful owner.
15-3117 Poss. Contraband 130 E. Martin Luther King Blvd.
Officers conducted a business check at the above address and made contact with Curtis Rolle (b/m, DOB: 07.05.69) who was loitering on the property. Additionally, Rolle was holding a marijuana cigarette upon contact with officers. Search incident to arrest revealed 4 small individually packaged plastic baggies (2.4g NET) of marijuana in Rolle’s left front pant pocket. Rolle was taken to BBPD, processed, and released (O.R.) with an NTA.
15-3131 Obstruction/Poss. Marijuana (under 20g) NW 4th St. & NW 6th Ave.
Vilhomme Mondesir (b/m, DOB: 01.06.78) was stopped for a traffic infraction at above location. Upon contact with law enforcement, Mondesir refused to provide his driver’s license or step out of the vehicle and attempted to roll his window up. A “blunt” was also observed in plain view in the ashtray. As a result of the investigation, Mondesir was placed under arrest and taken to BBPD where he was processed and later TOT the PBCJ.
15-002989 0819hrs Burglary (Dwelling) 338 NE 10th Ave
Victim stated that unknown suspect(s) entered the vacant apartment sometime between 1630hrs on 01/21/15 and today. Property was stolen from within.
15-002994 0900hrs Retail Theft/ Resist Arrest w/o Violence 3625 S. Federal Hwy
Maurice White decided to steal two X Box One controllers and flee from the store. Officers in the area saw White and he decided to flee from them. He was apprehended and turned over to PBSO main jail.
15-003012 1213hrs Resist/ Obstruct Officer High Ridge and Miner Rd
Officers responded to the area regarding a subject standing in the roadway blocking traffic. William Davis was identified as the subject; he refused to cooperate with the investigation and began to get aggressive with Officers. He was taken into custody and transported to PBSO main jail.
