15-004237 Sale of Marijuana 2000 block S. Federal Highway
Officer Esteves arrested W/M Patrick Decker (53 YOA) after establishing probable cause for Sale of Marijuana from an earlier investigation – originally occurred on January 30, 2015. Decker was arrested for such and later transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-004435 0234hrs GTA 425 Live Oak Ln.
Victim stated that sometime between 01/31/15 at 1800hrs and 0230hrs this date, unknown suspect(s) stole her green 2007 Volvo S60 bearing FL tag LZD067.
15-04447 0641hrs Theft 119 SW 1st St.
Victim stated that sometime between 0001hrs and 0640hrs this date, unknown suspect(s) stole three Star fishing rods from the bed of his truck which was parked in front of the residence.
15-004491 Theft of Boat 1040 W. Industrial Ave.
25 foot Sea Fox with Yamaha F250 outboard engine was stolen as well as 2007 trailer bearing FL tag I161YX. Taken from the fenced storage compound.
15-4371 Poss. with intent/Poss. of Marijuana under 20 3625 S. Federal Hwy
Travis Clinton was arrested after he was observed committing a traffic infraction and it was later learned that he had a suspended driver’s license. While inventorying the vehicle marijuana was located in individual clear plastic baggies (6.4grams) and 88 small clear plastic baggies were also located. Travis was processed and taken to PBCJ.
15-4415 GTA recovery/R/A without/ Seacrest and Miner
Officer attempted a traffic stop when the car refused to stop. The vehicle maintained a low speed until it reached Mentone Road when the driver then sped up and got reckless. The officer immediately disengaged and lost sight of the vehicle as it went around the curve on Mentone Road eventually making it to Overlook. As the officer was making his way back to the city he located the vehicle on the side Overlook just south of Mentone Road and saw the individuals running. He then realized the vehicle was just involved in a traffic accident with a pickup truck that was T-boned and causing the pickup to veer off the road coming to a final rest in the backyard of a residence. A perimeter was set up and two out the three occupants were located by K-9 Bako. The driver has not yet been identified as of this writing. The two individuals that were located were both JUVENILES and eventually released to their parents.
15-004288 0730hrs Burglary (Auto) 34 Meadows Dr.
Victim stated that sometime between 01/30/15 at 2230hrs and 0645hrs today, unknown suspect(s) broke her vehicle window, entered the vehicle and removed property from within.
15-004311 1101hrs Attempted Burglary (Dwelling) 2321 NE 4th St.
Victim stated that sometime between 01/30/15 at 2000hrs and 0200hrs this morning, unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter the residence as evidenced by the removal of the window screens and debris which appeared from a rock or concrete object on the windows. The windows were storm windows and as such did not break.
15-004324 1301hrs Disturbance, Recovered Stolen Vehicle 132 E. MLK
Officers responded to 128 NE 10th Ave. regarding a report of a B/M in a white Ford Expedition displaying a handgun and threatening bystanders. On arrival no one would cooperate and the vehicle was not in the area. Sgt. Picciano observed a vehicle matching the description on the west side of Seacrest and attempted to obtain a tag; however, the vehicle accelerated and eluded Officers in the area of NW 13th Ave. A brief time later an anonymous complainant advised that the vehicle was located behind 422 NW 12th Ave. Officers recovered the vehicle, white 2003 Ford Expedition with FL tag 967QRJ, which was reported stolen out of Palm Beach Gardens and also discovered that it was the vehicle used in an aggravated battery with a firearm (shooting) on 01/25/15 in Boynton Beach. The vehicle was recovered and processed, the suspect was not located.
15-004149 1154hrs Burglary (Occupied Dwelling) 923 SW 28th Ave.
Victim stated that they observed a Hispanic male inside their screened in patio area. The suspect fled upon sight of the victim. He is described as a Hispanic male approximately 6-00, wearing a white shirt and jeans. Units responded to the surrounding area, however, no suspect was located. No items damaged or missing.
15-004101 0110 hrs Warrant arrest 400 NW 7th Street
Office Ryan made contact with w/m Thomas Jefferson. A warrant inquiry revealed an outstanding VOP warrant for his arrest. Jefferson was arrested and TOT’d PBCJ.
15-3993 0934 hrs Attempted Burglary 4156 Manor Forest Trl.
Officers responded to an alarm at the residence and found the rear sliding door shattered. No subjects located within. Unknown if items are missing from within as owners are out of country. A rep for the property responded to secure it.
15-4006 1132 hrs Battery LEO 1799 N. Congress Ave.
Female juvenile was asked to leave the business, due to not conducting business within, and the incident escalated when juvenile struck Officer Kellman. Officer Kellman attempted to control the juvenile when she began to flail, twist her body, and pull away. Officer Kellman performed a takedown. Juvenile claimed a minor injury to the inside of her mouth. Juvenile to JAC.
