16-000104 – UPDATE Burglary of Conveyance – Arrest 801 N. Congress Avenue
Officers Hoffman, in collaboration with Detective Raftery; spoke with B/M Canson St. Fort in reference to his involvement to a vehicle burglary that originally occurred on January 1, 2016, at the aforesaid location. Post Miranda, St. Fort confessed to burglarizing the Black 2002 Acura MDX bearing FL X53CU and stealing the Ovation Acoustic/Electric guitar. Moreover, St. Fort stated he stole the guitar to support his drug addiction. Based on the officers thorough investigation, St. Fort was arrested for burglarizing the conveyance and grand theft. Later, St. Fort was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
16-000772 Warrant Arrest 3200 S. Congress Avenue
Officer Melo made contact with B/M Jeffrey Joseph, at the above location. A complete record check revealed a warrant for Violation of Probation (Robbery by Sudden Snatching and Burglary). After Joseph was processed, he was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
16-000798 Burglary of Business – Arrest 208 SE 12th Avenue
Officers Loshelder and Alergria responded to the aforesaid address in reference to a suspicious vehicle dragging as the vehicle traveled southbound on SE 1st Street. As officers arrived to the area; the subject vehicle (White 1997 Mercury Thunderbird bearing FL 752PPV), was located at 1414 SE 1st Street. Contact was made with W/M Michael A. Guarneiri, W/M Michael T. Guarneiri, and W/F Ariel Cook, who were standing next to the subject vehicle; along with three (3) tires. The witness provided positive show-up identification of Michael A. Guarneiri; as the individual who jumped the fence and stole the tires. Based on the officers thorough investigation; Michael A. Guarneiri was arrested for burglarizing the business/compound and grand theft. Later, Michael A. Guarneiri was subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
16-000803 Grand Theft Auto 315 NW 4th Street
Officers met with victim, who reported that an unknown person(s) stole his unsecured White 2014 Volkswagon Jetta bearing FL AYPU24 – the last four of the VIN 3141; as the vehicle was parked at the aforesaid location.
16-00675 0814 hours Burglary Structure 646 Snug Harbor Dr.
Unknown person entered the clubhouse between 0000 hours and 0700 hours this morning, and removed two televisions and an IPad Mini. No forced entry.
16-00695 0956 hours Stolen Vehicle 1690 Renaissance Commons Blvd.
A blue 2006 Chrysler 300 with FL tag # BLYW67 was reported stolen by an unknown person between 01/03 at 0000 hours and 01/04 at 0930 hours.
16-00692 1000 hours Stolen Tag 143 NE 9th Ave.
FL tag # 152RCM was reported stolen from a silver 2002 Isuzu Rodeo.
16-000738 1500 hrs Possession of cocaine w/ intent 3600 Old Dixie Highway
Agent Kautz was patrolling the area of Old Dixie / Gulfstream where he observed two vehicles obstructing the roadway; a Mercury and a Jeep. The occupants of both cars exited their respective vehicles and conducted what was construed as a hand to hand transaction. Kautz turned to investigate further but both vehicles had departed. A short time later, Agt. Kautz and Reinhold observed the Jeep stopped in the same vicinity. Surveillance was initiated and the second vehicle (Mercury) from the initial event arrived. Agents moved in to investigate and in response, the defendant b/m Stephen Miller dob 09.01.50 occupying the Mercury was observed reaching out of the vehicle and dropping an item. This item was recovered and identified as “crack” cocaine. On the driver side floorboard of the vehicle, a plastic pill bottle was found to contain multiple “crack” rocks (3.8 grams), portioned for sale. A full inventory revealed an additional uncut crack cocaine “cookie” (6 grams) in the trunk, along with a baggy of powder cocaine (8 grams). The Defendant possessed $8,110 is US currency. These assets along with his Mercury were seized pending forfeiture proceedings. Miller processed and TOT’d PBCJ.
