Victim’s silver in color KYMCO scooter with no tag attached was stolen from the parking lot of the business sometime between 1100 and 1600 hours on today’s date.
19-001458 1617 hours DWLS/Battery LEO 500 W Boynton Beach Blvd
Officer Jennings conducted a traffic stop on a motor scooter being operated by B/M Ashton Millines. Based on the traffic stop investigation, Millines was ultimately placed under arrest for DWLS, Trespass in a Conveyance, and possession of burglary tools. While escorting Millines into PBCJ, he intentionally spit on Officer Jennings.
19-001488 & 19-001506 1909 hours Strong Arm Robbery x2 127 NE 3rd Ave
A Papa John’s Delivery driver was attempting a delivery order when he was approached by three B/M/J’s who struck him with a stick. The suspects then entered the victim’s vehicle and stole his cell phone along with the pizza. Approximately an hour later, dispatch received an identical call this time involving a Domino’s driver. During the second incident, no loss was sustained. Both orders were received from the same phone number. Investigation ongoing.
19-001490 1928 hours Possession of Narcotics/Warrant 480 W Boynton Beach Blvd
B/M Jerome Darrisaw was placed under arrest after investigation revealed he was in possession of several prescription narcotics without a prescription. Darrisaw additionally was discovered to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. TOT PBCJ.
19-001497 2000 hours Shooting Occupied Dwelling 4101 Mahogany Dr
The property manager advised he was working inside the office when he heard the sound of glass breaking. Upon checking, he discovered the front window to be shot with an unknown type projectile. As the property manager was checking the damage, he observed a small older model black vehicle exiting the community. As the vehicle did so, one of the occupants began shooting what appeared to be an air rifle out of the window of the vehicle.
19-1358 Battery on LEO/Resisting W/Violence 614 Industrial Ave 0741 hours After refusing to leave the property, B/M Toussaint, Shelender d.o.b. 01-01-88 was Tased by Officer Travis after he struck Officer Hall on his right forearm while being taken into custody. Toussaint was TOT PBCJ.
19-1359 Robbery Strong Arm 643 St. Marks PL 743 hours
While taking a walk in the area, the victim was struck in the back of the head with an unknown object by b/m Williams, Jerry d.o.b. 07-10-75. Williams jumped on top of the victim and removed his wallet from his pocket. Witnesses attempted to detain Williams but were unsuccessful. Officers located Williams hiding inside of a trash can and took him into custody. The victim (elderly male) sustained a severe laceration to his right ear and was transported to Bethesda for medical treatment. Williams was TOT PBCJ.
19-1381 Burglary Auto 99 Nottingham PL 0948 hours
Sometime between 01-07-19 at 1830hrs and 01-08-19 at 0830hrs, unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked 2017 Toyota Highlander (which was parked in the driveway) without permission. The victim’s work laptop was taken.
19-1404 Burglary Auto 1530 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. 1155 hours
Sometime between 1155-1200hrs, unknown suspect smashed out the right rear passenger window of the victim’s black 2014 Cadillac SRX and took the victim’s purse.
