Traffic Officers Gray, Rivera, and Baldino conducted selective enforcement at various documented traffic complaint locations with a cumulative weekend citation count of 85 uniform traffic tickets. It should be noted that despite repeated reports of excessive speed, there were no observed speeding infractions along Mission Hill Rd.

15-031505 2039 hrs DUI accident / arrest BP / 3501 W. Boynton Beach Blvd.
Officers responded to a rollover accident with minor injuries. A subsequent DUI investigation by Ofc. Rivera developed PC for the arrest of driver of one of the vehicles. Arrestee processed and TOT’d PBCJ.

Victim Nesly Exume reported that her tan Nissan Altima was stolen from the Clipper Cove community. Exume claimed she left her vehicle keys within her unlocked vehicle. Earlier in the day at 1941 hrs Delray Beach PD (c/n 15-010949) pursued this vehicle after it was used during the commission of an armed robbery. The yet to be reported stolen vehicle was impounded by DBPD. Suspect details or affiliation with the purported victim are pending receipt of DBPD crime report.

Sarah Cleary was arrested after witnesses observed her enter a U-Haul truck and remove a wallet. She then fled the area until Officers were able to make contact with her near the 800 BLK of W. Boynton Beach Blvd. She was transferred to C.J.

Sometime between 2200 hrs. on 07.10.15 and 1200 hrs. on this date, an unknown person(s) entered into an unsecured 2014 black Honda and removed several items.

Officers responded to the above location and found five shell casings located on NW 1st St. Officers did locate a projectile that entered into the occupied residence via the front window. No injuries.

Officers responded to the above location reference to shots fired. No casing located, however, the rear window of an unoccupied vehicle was shattered. No injuries.

Officer Baldino arrested Jean Aime after investigation revealed that he was in possession of 88.5 grams of marijuana and possessed a firearm. Aime is a convicted felon and had an outstanding warrant for F.T.A. He was transported to C.J.

Sometime between 1800 hours and 0700 this morning, unknown person smashed the window of the victim’s red Ford truck and stole a 5x Combo Tool Kit from within.
15-31060 0910 hours Burglary Business 2821 S. Federal Hwy.
Between 0400 and 0800 hours, unknown person broke a bathroom window of the Homing Inn office, then stole $300.00 from the cash drawer within the office.

A B/M wearing a black shirt, red pants, black shoes, with white back pack was seen entering an open garage. The male removed a soda can from the refrigerator when he was confronted by a neighbor. The male fled from the area and was not located by arriving officers.
