17-016277 Overdose (Non-Fatal) Buttonwood Ln 1609hrs
Officers responded to the above address following a report of an overdose. The caller directed officers to an unconscious female on the living floor. Officers and BBFD paramedics provided first aid and subsequently revived the female. The female was then transported to JFK Hospital for additional treatment. NIU checklist completed.
17-016330 Overdose (Non-Fatal) I-95 & Gateway Blvd 2109hrs
Officers responded to the southbound on-ramp of I-95 at Gateway Blvd in reference to an overdose. A passing motorist found a female driver and a male passenger passed out in a vehicle with two toddlers in the backseat. Officers and paramedics provided medical aid to the unconscious couple who were determined to have overdosed on heroin. FHP responded and took over the incident and related criminal investigation.
17-016331 Overdose (Non-Fatal) Meadows Blvd 2117hrs
Officers responded to the report of a male overdosing at the above address. The caller found her boyfriend unconscious in the bathroom surrounded by evidence of heroin paraphernalia. BBFD Paramedics revived the male who was later transported to JFK Hospital for additional medical care.
17-016347 Overdose (Non-Fatal) Buttonwood Ln 2301hrs
A female who was the patient of an earlier overdose (17-016277) returned home from the hospital to find her boyfriend ( the previous caller) now overdosing on the same living room floor. BBFD paramedics provided medical aid and transported the male to JFK Hospital. The male was expected to recover from the overdose.
17-016361 Reckless Driver/DUI 700 W. Boynton Bch Blvd 0012hrs
Officers observed a vehicle driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of Boynton Beach Blvd. The vehicle nearly struck other motorists in the westbound lanes. A traffic stop and DUI investigation were conducted. As a result, the driver was arrested for DWI.

Victim reported seeing an unknown black male sitting in his vehicle. The suspect fled on a bike after the victim shouted. There was no forced entry and nothing was taken.
17-016180 0736 hours Burglary Auto 118 SW 10th Street.
Victim reported that unknown suspects entered her vehicle and ransacked the interior of the car. There no visible signs of forced entry.
17-016206 0927 hours Burglary Auto 318 NE 10th Ave.
Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his unsecured vehicle and removed unknown amount of cash and miscellaneous items
The platoon responded to two non-fatal overdoses during the course of the shift.

17-016064 Overdose (Non-Fatal) NW 10th Ave 1800hrs
Officers responded to the report of an unconscious female at the above residence. Officers and BBFD paramedics provided medical attention and revived the female. BBFD paramedics advised that the female overdosed on heroin. The female was transported to BMH for additional medical treatment.
17-016069 Overdose (Non-Fatal) 800 N. Seacrest Blvd 1939hrs
Passing motorists called BBPD in regards to an unconscious male on the sidewalk of the above location. Responding officers and BBFD paramedics determined that the male overdosed on heroin based on evidence at the scene. The paramedics revived the male and transported the male to BMH for additional treatment. NIU checklist completed.
17-016121 Burglary to Auto 2222 N. Congress Ave 2216hrs
Officers responded to the report of a burglary to a vehicle. The victim told officers that she parked her red Kia Optima in the parking lot and went into the Ale House for dinner. Upon returning to her vehicle, she noticed the front passenger window smashed out. The victim reported numerous items stolen from within her vehicle.
17-016128 Burglary to Auto 1797 N. Congress Ave 2236hrs
Officers responded to IHOP in reference to a burglary to a vehicle. Officers met with the victim who advised that unknown suspects broke into her Silver Kia Forte while she ate dinner at the above address. The victim’s purse was stolen from the vehicle.
17-016151 Burglary to Auto 2222 N. Congress Ave 0110hrs
Officers responded to the above address in reference to a burglary to an auto. Victim reported unknown suspects broke into her black Chevy Equinox. Multiple items stolen from with the vehicle.

Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his vehicle and ransacked the interior of the car. There no visible signs of forced entry.

Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his unsecured vehicle and removed $154.
17-015998 1235 hours Burglary Auto 308 NE 12th Ave.
Victim reported that unknown suspects entered her unsecured vehicle and removed cash and miscellaneous items.
17-015961 0830 hours Overdose Death 480 W. Boynton Beach Blvd(Inn at BB).
Officers responded to an overdose at The Inn at Boynton Beach. Although the officers administered Naloxone and CPR, the victim was declared deceased at the hospital a short while later. The victim’s roommate confirmed the use of heroin.

The victim advised that sometime between 2200hrs last night and 0545hrs this morning an unknown suspect(s) stole his blue 2005 Ford F-250 FL tag 689RGX. The vehicle was entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen.
17-15760 Burglary Vehicle 210 SE 12thAve 0810hrs
The victim advised that as he was leaving his residence for work he observed an unknown W/M exit his vehicle and began to flee on foot in a southbound direction. Units arrived in the area and located a W/M matching the suspect’s description. The victim positively identified Darrin Garrett (06/13/1995) as the fleeing suspect, and officers were able to recover the victim’s property. Garrett was arrested and transported to PBCJ.

BBPD units were dispatched to the area of Grove Park Circle in reference to a reckless driver on a green dirt bike. B/M Moise, Jordan J DOB 01/20/95 was arrested for Grand Theft Auto; Failure to exhibit DL on demand; Driving on wrong side of road after he was observed riding on the sidewalk in the area of Nautica Sound. Moise was tot to PBCJ.
17-015703 Failed to Stop Old Boynton Rd & Winchester Park Blvd 21:50 hours
BBPD officers attempted to stop a White Ford Mustang Fl reg HKXP25 travelling at a high rate of speed in the 3600 block of Old Boynton Road. The vehicle registration was assigned to a Silver 2017 Hyundai under PV Holding Corp (Rental Company). The vehicle continued on Old Boynton Road; units terminated the stop.
