17-024646 Burglary to Auto 2800 High Ridge Road 22:26 hours
Tri-Rail security reported an unknown black male was observed entering a White Toyota (Ma tag – CID 450) which was parked in the parking lot. As security approached the vehicle the black male subject got into an unknown white van and left the area. The white Toyota was found to be ransacked, running and in drive. BBPD was able to secure the vehicle with a key fob located under the drive side floor mat. Key placed into evidence until the owner of the vehicle can be notified.
17-024630 Lewd and Lascivious 801 N. Congress Avenue 2035 hours
BBPD units responded to Macy’s Department Store regarding an adult male who was masturbating in the children’s clothing section of the business. Security and units located the subject (B/M Korey Allen Spate) outside of Macy’s between the hedges and west side wall of the mall. Spate was taken into custody without incident, transported to PD. Spate charged with Lewd and lascivious exhibition.
17-037112 0951hrs Grand Theft Auto 323 N. E. 10th Ave
The victim advised that sometime between 1700hrs on April 28th and 0930hrs this morning an unknown suspect(s) stole his gold 1999 Buick Regal (FL# 613QZJ). Vehicle was entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen.
