16029159 1954 hours Robbery (Strong-Arm) Wal-Mart / 3625 S Federal Hwy
Victim w/m was walking on the sidewalk adjacent to the business when he was approached by three (3) unknown black males. When he refused them a cigarette, the three began to strike him repeatedly with their fists and feet. Upon falling to the ground, the suspects relieved him of his cell phone and wallet and were last observed running. The victim had injuries to his head and sternum area. Total loss estimated at $400.

Officers and EMS responded in reference to w/f Haley Ritter dob 01/07/1994 unconscious with agonal breathing due to a heroin overdose. Life saving techniques were administered and she regained consciousness. She was transported to the Bethesda for further treatment.
16029205 0222 hours Poss. Of Firearm/Ammo by Felon 100 block of NE 16th Ave
Officers initiated a traffic stop on a black 4 door Chrysler after observing it driving on the sidewalk. Contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle. OFC Berben acting as the backup officer (passenger side) observed the passenger, later identified as b/m Jeffrey Salomon dob 05/08/1992, attempting to conceal a loaded firearm (Ruger, 9mm, semi-auto) in his waistband. He was detained and investigation revealed that he was a convicted felon. He was arrested, processed, and later lodged at PBCJ.

Sometime between 2030 and 0900 hours, subjects removed a plexi-glass window covering and smashed open the window panel behind it to gain entry. Once inside, the cash register and several electronics were taken. Inventory of the theft is underway. Video surveillance of incident was obtained and being analyzed for suspect information.
16-29078 1140 hrs Agg. Assault/Child Neglect Arrest 1009 N. Federal Hwy. (Enterprise)
B/F, Titonia Palamino, 05/14/93, was arrested after investigation revealed she threatened an employee of the business after a disagreement. Palamino threatened to come to the business to commence a physical confrontation and arrived with her 2 yoa child in her left hand and a metal “selfie-stick” in her right hand. She then began swinging the stick at the employee, whom took evasive action and waited for police arrival.
