15-023506 Theft of Firearm – Delayed Via De Casas Sur
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between Sunday (05/25) and today; he suspects his son removed his Smith & Wesson® .40caliber firearm (serial number DTC8091) from its “hiding place.” He explained that his son is known to steal and pawn stolen items to support his drug addiction. No probable cause exists as of this writing.
15-023550 Exposure of Sexual Organ/Open Container – Arrest 101 W. Woolbright Road (7-11)
Officer Esteves arrested W/M Robert Sweeney (56 YOA), who was creating a disturbance when he patronized the aforesaid business without wearing smidgeon of clothing over his genitals. Based on Robert’s inadequacies, he was boarded at the Palm Beach County Jail, where he was provided jail attire.
15-023553 Warrant Arrest 2821 S. Federal Highway
Officer Grigorian, in collaboration with K9 Officer Adams, arrested B/F Latoya Small (29 YOA), after a complete records check revealed an active PALMS warrant (i.e. Sale of Heroin). Later, Small was transported to Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-023552 Disorderly Conduct/Resisting w/o Violence – Arrest 2815 S. Seacrest Blvd. (BMH)
Officer Prince arrested a 32-year-old man after an investigation revealed that after being admitted under the auspices of a Baker Act – he was being uncooperative to hospital staff as they were providing medical treatment. As officers were assisting hospital staff on securing him to the hospital gurney, he began to thrash about to include kicking Officer Prince. Based on his resistive behavior, Officer McCaffrey deployed his departmental-issued M26 Taser® resulting in compliance. Later, he was released to the care, custody and control of hospital staff – with a Notice to Appear.
15-023453 Burglary Auto 2780 NW 2nd St. 1023hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary auto. Victim stated that unknown suspect(s) his 2002 Mitsubishi Galant and took a large brown bag of tools, orange in color Macintosh combo drill set, duffle bag with clothes, Sony play station 2, and some other misc. items. Later in the shift, some items were located and a suspect developed.
