Sometime between 05.08.15 and 1935 hrs. on 05.31.15, an unknown person(s) entered into the above unsecured residence and removed several items.

Officer N. Davis conducted a traffic stop on a silver Acura for a traffic infraction. Through investigation, both driver Joseph Pulver and passenger Thomas Cavanaugh were taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.

Officers responded to the above location and found several shell casings. There were two unoccupied vehicles that had bullet holes. C.S. responded. No witnesses or victims located.

Victim advised that between 2000hrs last night and 0800hrs this morning an unknown person/s entered into her unlocked vehicle and stole $36 worth of her belongings.

Officer Webster conducted a traffic stop on a motor scooter for a traffic infraction. It was found that the driver had a suspended license. A search incident to arrest revealed that he possessed marijuana. He received an N.T.A.
15-024036 2347 hrs. Fleeing & Eluding/DWLS 2600 N Seacrest Blvd.
Officer Ward attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white Hyundai for a moving infraction. Officer Ward activated his emergency equipment and attempted to catch up to the vehicle. The driver stopped the vehicle at the 100 BLK of NE 27th Ct. and capitulated. He was taken into custody and later forwarded to C.J.
15-024045 0102 hrs. Disturbance Tamcour Café 140 N Congress Ave.
Officers responded the above location in reference to a crowd of approx. 200 people that were in the parking lot. The Café was hosting an event which required a cover charge. The crowd was cleared without incident.
15-023912 0742hrs Trespass 2800 High Ridge Rd (Tri Rail)
Units responded to Tri Rail in reference to a trespass complaint. Tri Rail Security advised that Civil Schneider was given a trespass warning in February of this year. The warning was confirmed and Civil was arrested and issued a Notice to Appear.
15-023913 0748hrs Burglary (Auto) 111 SE 12th Ave
Victim stated that sometime during the night unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle and stole music CD’s from inside.
15-023932 1032hrs Burglary (Cat type) Grove Park Cir.
Victim stated that unknown suspect had stolen his bicycle which was inside his closed garage. Review of video surveillance shows a suspect opening the door of the victim’s unsecured van at approximately 0424hrs. The suspect then utilizes the garage door opener, opens the garage and leaves with the victim’s Ross bicycle, then returns and leaves again, this time on foot. Suspect stole the garage door opener as well as the bicycle.

Store manager reported the theft of several pair of sunglasses from 05/20/2015, 05/24/2015 and 05/29/2015. Suspect was the same in each theft and stole 19 pairs of sunglasses totaling $4,025.23.

Between 1900 hrs. on 05.28.15 and 0800 hrs. on 05.29.15, an unknown person(s) entered into an unsecured 2006 Chevy van and removed several tools.
15-023851 1902 hrs. Retail Theft/Strong Armed Robbery 334 N Congress Ave. (Steinmart)
After Kenn Placide concealed merchandise and was walking out of the retail establishment, he was confronted by an employee. Placide then pushed an employee and fled from the area. Officer Ryan then observed Placide in the area carrying a bag and as Officer Ryan attempted to stop Placide, he ran. After a foot chase, Officer Williams deployed his taser, however, missed Placide. Placide was then taken into custody. Placide was transported to Bethesda Hospital and later forwarded to C.J.

Officer N. Davis conducted a traffic stop on a silver BMW for improper equipment. Investigation revealed that the driver possessed suboxone, spoon, and two needles. She was later transported to C.J.

Officer Malley arrested Tarvel Edgecomb after investigation revealed that he had an open container of an unknown alcoholic beverages and shouting obscenities. He was later forwarded to C.J.
