15-019834 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 3401 S. Congress Avenue
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime that earlier in the day; an unknown person(s) burglarized his vehicle – described as a 1998 Silver Lexus GS300. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole the victim’s personal belongings.
15-019841 Residential Burglary – Delayed Meadows Drive
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between 0930 hours and 1700 hours; an unknown person(s) burglarized her residence. The point of entry into the unit was the rear sliding glazed door. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole various electronics, jewelry and other miscellaneous items.
15-019843 Possession of Paraphernalia 130 Via De Casas Norte
Officer Brooks made contact with W/M Frabosilio, Michael J. (36 YOA); as he was using the community’s amenities after they closed for the day. An investigation revealed that Frabosilio possessed drug paraphernalia. Frabosilio was charged possession of paraphernalia and later he was released with a Notice to Appear.
15-019864 Residential Burglary – Delayed NW 7th Court
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime earlier in the day; an unknown person(s) burglarized her residence. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole jewelry and other miscellaneous items.
15-019907 Residential Burglary – Delayed NW 1st Avenue
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between 2000 hours and 2020 hours; an unidentified W/M entered his fenced compound. Surveillance camera footage captured the unidentified W/M walk up and steal two bicycles from the rear area of the residence. A copy of the surveillance footage was submitted into Property and Evidence.
15-019766 Theft 1895 N. Congress Ave. (CVS) 0657hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a theft. Unknown suspect(s) took $3,000 in merchandise totes (plastic reusable containers the merchandise comes in.)
15-019777 Burglary to Auto 1147 Rialto Dr. 1026hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary to auto. Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s vehicle and took a black brief case which contained a 15” screen and Lenora T540 laptop. Total loss $900.
15-019686 Driving Under the Influence 1300 block S. Congress Avenue
Officer Castro, in collaboration with Officer McCaffrey made contact with W/M Martine, Anthony L. (51 YOA), during a traffic investigation at the aforesaid location. After Martine failed a series of field sobriety tasks; he was taken into custody under suspicion of being intoxicated. Martine did submit to having a sample of his breathe taken, revealing .265/.267 B.A.C. Officer Castro criminally charged Martine and later transported him to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-019703 Grant Theft Auto 2290 N. Congress Avenue (LA Fitness)
Officers met with victim who reported his Blue 2009 GMC Sierra C1500 quad cab – bearing FL AEPD92; stolen from the aforesaid location.
15-019709 Possession of Marijuana/Paraphernalia 3600 block of S. Federal Hwy.
Officer Esteves made contact with W/F Leeman, Joshua (26 YOA); during a traffic stop at the aforesaid location. A complete records check of Leeman revealed that his driving privileges were suspended; at which time, he was detained for such. Leeman was charged with D.W.L.S. and Possession of Marijuana/Paraphernalia; later he was released with a Notice to Appear.
15-019732 Possession of Marijuana 848 NW 13th Ave. (Pioneer Canal Park)
Officer Grigorian made contact with B/M Sylvain, Andres (20 YOA); as he was using the park’s amenities after the park had closed for the day. Investigation revealed that Sylvain possessed 1.7 grams of marijuana. Sylvain was charged Possession of Marijuana and later he was released with a Notice to Appear.
