16-061945 Shots Fired 425 SW 7th Avenue 22:26 hours
BBPD units responded to the ambient lit area of 425 SW 7th Avenue in reference to a report of shots fired. The complainant advised she observed a B/M no shirt, wearing jeans and blue boxer shorts walking S/B on 4th Street from inside her residence. The complainant advised the suspect was 6’0” 230-240lbs and had a black gun in his back waist band. BBPD units located a subject matching the description walking southbound on SW 4th Street just south of 7th Avenue. Subject was a B/M wearing jeans, no shirt and did have bluish in color boxer shorts protruding through the top portion of his jeans. No gun was located. Subject was Fir’d on scene.
16061850- 1039 hours Burglary (Vehicle) 6203 Mahogany Drive
Victim reported that someone broke the passenger side window of his black 2011 Nissan Versa (FL tag Y53BSS) and removed an Amazon box containing boat supplies worth $200 from within. Damage to the window was estimated at $200. Total loss estimated at $400.
16061661- 1020 hours Burglary (Vehicle) 501 Buttonwood Lane
Victim reported that she left her purse in her vehicle, a gray 2013 Jetta (FL tag 873XWH). At approximately 1000 hours she found the front passenger window of her car had been shattered by a rock, and her purse was gone. Total loss estimated at $1,200. There was another car burglary in the same area (16-061665), as well as a stolen vehicle (16-061668).
16061665- 1102 hours Burglary (Vehicle) 510 Buttonwood Lane
Victim reported that an unknown suspect shattered the front passenger window of her locked her 2009 white Honda Accord (FL tag x857ZU), with a rock. Nothing was reported to be missing from within the car. Total loss estimated at approximately $200. There was a similar auto burglary using a rock in the same area (16-061661), as well as a stolen vehicle (16-061668).
16061688- 1122 hours Theft (Vehicle) 601 Buttonwood Lane
Victim reported that his locked red 2013 four door Honda Accord Sport (FL tag CRBB13) was stolen by an unknown suspect. Two auto burglaries were also reported in the same area overnight (16-061661 and 16-061665). A 2013 black Toyota Corolla (FL tag Beck53) belonging to Mia, that was parked at the same location, had also been rummaged through (no loss reported). The Honda was entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen.
16-061563 Poss Cocaine/Paraphernalia (Warrant Attempt Murder) 100 NW 10th Avenue 18:11 hours
While on patrol in the area of NW 10th Avenue Officer Vargas passed by the empty lot along the 100 block of NW 10th Avenue and observed a subject he knew to be Timmy Tyrone walking around the field picking up trash. Officer Vargas also knew that an active warrant for Attempted First Degree Murder with a Firearm had been issued for Tyrone. Officer Vargas with the assistance of Officer James took Tyrone into custody. Tyrone was processed at BBPD and then turned over to Palm Beach County Jail without incident.
16061462- 0635 hours Armed Robbery (Attempt) 218 NE 12th Ave.
Victim reported that an unknown black male, wearing a grey hoodie jacket and grey pants, approached him with a black pistol in hand and told him to “give it up”. He ran away and climbed onto the roof so that he could get away from the male. The suspect continued to walk toward him, but turned away. The suspect was last seen walking east bound from this residence. No loss was reported.
16061485- 1001 hours Overdose (Non-Fatal) 522 NE 1st Street W/F located lying unconscious in the bushes in front of this address. BBFD administered Narcan and transported her to Bethesda East for follow up treatment.
16060827- 1207 hours Auto Theft (Semi-Truck) 1601 South Congress Ave.
A Summit Van Lanes employee reported that his company semi-truck blue 2004 Columbia Freightliner Fl Tag F9184U was taken from this location by an unknown person. The driver still had the keys to the truck, but there were no signs of forced entry, such as broken glass. The truck was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.
