18-058940 Burglary In Progress 250 NE 17th Ave 1826 hours
Officers responded to the above address in reference to a residential burglary. The victim provided the description of two unknown males she found inside her residence. Responding officers located one of the suspects and conducted a show-up of the suspect with the victim. The victim positively identified the suspect, Jeffrey Mullen, as one of the males who broke into her home. Mullen was arrested and processed at BBPD. Mullen was later turned over to the Palm Beach County Jail.
18-058968 Stolen Auto Attempt 4735 N. Congress Ave 2121 hours
Officers were dispatched to a suspicious incident at the above address. The officers met with the caller who reported an attempted theft of her vehicle. The caller said she parked her blue Dodge RAM behind her place of work. When she went to her vehicle during her shift, she noticed there was forced entry into the driver’s door. The victim also discovered her vehicle’s ignition housing to be damaged.
Officers from the BBPD Traffic Unit, Alpha/Bravo shifts, and a contingent of BBPD SWAT operators provided security at St John Missionary Baptist Church in support of an event headlined by Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum.
18-58800 Theft 635 Manatee Bay Dr. 0718 hours
Sometime between 1900hrs on 11/11/18 and 0718hrs today, unknown suspect stole the victim’s black bike with the word “SPECIALIZED” in white letters displayed on the lower frame. The bicycle was hanging from a hook on the porch, which is not enclosed. The bicycle also has a “Grand Bike Shop” sticker on it. Estimated loss is $1,800.
18-58827 Auto Burglary 901 N. Congress Ave #B104 0906 hours
Sometime between 0830 and 0900 hours today, unknown suspect shattered the rear passenger window of the victim’s 2001 Jeep Liberty and removed a gray purse. The purse was located under the right rear seat. The victim indicated that at 0853hrs, someone attempted to make a $1,500 purchase at Walmart located at 3200 Old Boynton, but was declined.
18-58826 Auto Burglary 1500 Corporate Drive 0908 hours
Sometime between 1015-1530 hours on 11/11/18, unknown suspect broke out the driver’s side window of the victim’s black Toyota Tundra. The vehicle was parked in the north side parking lot. Security footage shows suspect committing the crime. $20 was taken from the console.
18-058698 Burglary Auto 1500 Corporate Drive 18:21 hours
Victim left his vehicle parked on the northeast side of Lowes parking lot on 11/10/18 at 0700 hours and when he returned on 11/11/18 at 1630 hours he found the driver side and rear window damaged. Nothing was taken from inside the vehicle.
18-058734 – Suspicious Incident/Shots Fired 1200 N. Seacrest Avenue 20:41 hours
Caller advised she heard several shots fired. A Red Vehicle Unknown make and model was observed in the area where the shots were fired. BBPD units responded to the area, no victims, or evidence located.

18-058649 Retail Theft 1901 N. Congress Ave. 1132hrs.|
Male suspect with a small child stole various video games and fled from the store. He was stopped by Loss Prevention and the merchandise was recovered. After the merchandise was recovered, the suspect continued to flee the area with the child.
18-058657 Theft Delayed 1151 N. Congress Ave. 1224hrs.
Victim reported that his wallet was missing after attending a movie at Cinemark on 11/10/2018. At least one of the credit cards which were in the wallet has been fraudulently used.
18-058672 Robbery 310 N. Congress Ave. 1453hrs.
Victim advised that a white female entered the store and stole a phone after threatening to shoot the employee. Suspect then fled the area in a SUV type vehicle, suspect was not located.

18-058439 Theft 400 N. Federal Hwy 0728hrs.
Victim advised that she returned home after a prolonged absence to find multiple items missing as well as charges on her debit card and possible theft of her vehicle.
18-058447 Burglary Residence 309 NE 11th Ave. 0839hrs.
Victim stated that unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole property from within.
18-058452 Burglary Auto 712 Rider Rd. 0853hrs.
18-058492 Theft 2815 S. Seacrest Blvd. 1108hrs.
Victims cellular telephone was stolen from Bethesda and tracked to a pawn shop where it was recovered and returned to the owner.
18-058478 Motor Vehicle Theft 725 N. Federal Hwy. 1243hrs.
Victim reported his vehicle stolen, as Officers were on scene taking the report the vehicle was seen driving by. The suspect, Jerry Williams, bailed from the vehicle and was located hiding in a nearby business. He was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
Multiple traffic crashes throughout the shift.
18-058504 Burglary To Auto 814 Ocean Inlet Drive 1702 hours
Officers responded to the above address and met with the caller who reported a burglary to his black Ford Explorer. The victim said a laptop and sunglasses were stolen from the unlocked vehicle. The victim also produced video surveillance that showed suspects entering the victim’s vehicle. Officers processed the vehicle and lifted a partial latent print from the vehicle.
18-58307 Boat Accident 2020 S. Federal Hwy 1413 hours
Marine unit responded to a single jet ski crash in a wall in the 2000 block of S. Federal Hwy. Operator of the jet ski advised he was operating the jet ski when he was overtaken by another vessels wake. The force of the wake pushed his jet ski into a seawall causing him to fall off the machine. BBFD responded and provided medical assistance.
18-58251 Burglary Residence 301 NW 16th Ct. 0758 hours
Sometime between 1000 and 1500 on 11-08-18 unknown suspect entered the residence via a window on the NW side of the house. Once inside the suspect removed money, 2 gold rings, a gold bracelet, and a gold watch.
18-58261 Auto Burglary 1218 Sussex St. 0905 hours
Sometime between 0010 and 0830 hours this date unknown suspect broke the passenger side window of the victim’s 2010 Volvo XC60 and removed a black Apple IPAD. Victim has video which they advised they would supply of a copy of at a later date.
