Overnight to a 2009 4dr black Mercedes 350E. Entry was made by breaking a window. Wallet and stereo speaker stolen.
18-52034 Auto Burglary 2861 S. Seacrest Blvd. 0843 hours
Overnight to a black 2004 Nissan Titan. Entry gained by breaking a window. GPS was stolen.

18-051867 Burglary to Auto 1070 W. Gateway Blvd 1620 hours
Officers were dispatched to the above address to investigate a burglary to a vehicle. The officers met with the victim who stated that unknown person(s) entered his vehicle by smashing the front driver side window. Once inside the vehicle, the suspect(s) stole a backpack which contained various other items.
18-051886 Burglary to Structu 1901 N. Seacrest Blvd 1729 hours
Officers responded to Ezell Hester Park in reference to a delayed burglary. Officers met with the caller who reported a burglary to the football field’s concession stand. The caller said the incident occurred within the past two days and the caller believed a butter knife left at the scene was used to gain entry into the structure. The caller said $300 in merchandise was stolen from the concession stand.
18-051896 Robbery Strong-Arm 1899 N. Congress Ave 1913 hours
Officers were dispatched to a robbery at the above address. Upon arrival, officers learned that a male stole a cell phone from the Sprint Store. The suspect was confronted by a store employee as he exited the store. The suspect battered the store employee and fled in a waiting vehicle. The suspect left his personal cell phone behind during the incident. Officers were able to obtain a name and positively identified the suspect via a photo line-up with the victim. Charges are being filed with the State Attorney’s Office.
18-051945 Stopped for DUI BBB & Fed. Hwy 2230 hours
Officers were dispatched to the above address following the report of a reckless Honda traveling southbound on Fed. Hwy. The officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle. Officers made contact with the driver, Leneck Pierre, and later arrested Pierre for Suspicion of Driving under the influence. During the arrest, Pierre resisted the officers who subsequently used force in order to take Pierre into custody. No one was injured during the incident.
