15-048978 Shots Fired/Suspicious Incident 200 block of NE 12th Avenue
Officers responded to the aforesaid location to a report of shots fired; however, after a canvas of the area and check of the local medical facilities – the incident was reclassified to a suspicious incident until such time additional information can be gleaned.
15-048980 Driving w/o a Driver’s License – Arrest 100 E. Gateway Blvd.
Officer Vargas made contact with W/M Christian Correa at the aforesaid location, during a traffic stop. A complete records check revealed that Correa never was issued a driver’s license. A which time, Correa was arrested and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-048984 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed Swallow Drive
Officers met with victim, who reported that in the early hours of October 11th – an unknown person(s) burglarized his unsecure vehicle (described as a Blue 1999 GMC bearing FL E804ET.) Once entry was made, the unknown person(s) rummaged through his glove box; however, nothing appeared to be missing.

Officers met with victim, who reported that in the early hours of October 11th – an unknown person(s) burglarized his unsecure vehicle (described as a Silver 2008 Infiniti bearing FL 4483GX.) Once entry was made, the unknown person(s) rummaged through his glove box; however, nothing appeared to be missing
15-049006 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed SW 1st Street
Officers met withvictim, who reported that sometime between October 1st and October 11th – an unknown person(s) burglarized his vehicle (described as a Blue 2003 Ford Expedition bearing FL L907BI); by tampering with the door locking mechanism. Once entry was made, the unknown person(s) rummaged through his glove box/center console; however, nothing appeared to be missing.
15-048892 0518 hours Stolen Auto Manatee Bay Drive
Sometime between 0400-0500hrs, unknown suspect stole victim’s 1998 GMC truck from a parking space in the complex. The truck which contained a bed full of tools ($6,000) was left unsecured with the keys in it. Victim stated that he was loading the truck in preparation for work, but fell asleep prior to securing it. Vehicle was placed into F/NCIC as stolen.
15-048891 0527 hours Stolen Auto Churchill Dr.
Victim stated that sometime between 10/10/15 at 2200hrs and today at 0500hrs, unknown suspect stole her 2002 BMW 325 ci Convertible from her driveway. Victim stated that the door was left unlocked and the keys in the ignition. Left handed golf clubs ($2,000) were inside of the vehicle. Vehicle was placed into F/NCIC as stolen.
15-048907 0824 hours Burglary Auto 14th Ave
Victim stated that sometime between 10/10/15 at 1900hrs and 0800hrs today, unknown suspect entered her 2013 Nissan Sentra, 2002 Dodge Caravan and her Ford Mustang without her permission. All three vehicles were parked in the driveway unsecured. The glove boxes were rummaged through but the victim was not able to determine if anything had been taken.
15-048905 0827 hours Burglary Auto Mariners Way
Victim stated that sometime between 1730hrs on 10/10/15 and 0815hrs today, unknown suspect entered his 2010 Toyota Matrix without his permission and stole his flashlight and work keys. The vehicle was parked in the driveway and left unsecured.
15-048927 1113 hours Burglary Auto King Fisher Way
Victim stated that sometime between 10/10/15 at 2230hrs and 1113hrs today, unknown suspect entered his unsecured 2013 Honda Accord which was parked in his driveway, without permission and stole two (2) hand guns and a gym bag containing multiple gym items. The suspect(s) left behind a flashlight which was submitted into evidence. One of the guns was placed into F/NCIC as stolen.

Victim stated that sometime between 10/10/15 at 1630hrs and 1000hrs today, unknown suspect entered his unsecured Ford F150 without his permission and stole three company checks totaling $28,000. Suspect also entered the victim’s unsecured Range Rover without permission. Both vehicles were parked in the driveway.

Victim stated that sometime between 10/10/15 at 2000hrs and 1220hrs today, unknown suspect entered his unsecured 2015 Dodge Ram without his permission, and stole $50 from the console. Suspect left behind a flash light which was submitted into evidence.

Victim stated that sometime between 10/10/15 at 2000hrs and 1100hrs today, unknown suspect entered her unsecured 2010 Volkswagen Jetta without her permission, and stole her Dell Laptop ($300).
15-048770 1358 hours Burglary Auto 4770 N. Congress Ave (Bull Top Taste)
Sometime between 1230hrs-1300hrs, unknown suspect entered the opened rear doors of the victim’s vehicle and took his laptop bag and its contents without his permission. Estimated loss $1,960.
15-048666 2156 Hours Burglary to Auto 1470 Via Alferi-Renaissance Commons
Unknown person or persons entered a 2011 Chevy Equinox SUV after breaking the driver’s window. Suspect(s) removed miscellaneous personal items, US currency, and unknown credit cards. The total estimated loss is $751.00 (damage to window included). At the request of the owner, crimes scene was not conducted.
15-048683 0207 Hours Poss. of Cocaine & Paraphernalia/Intro of Controlled Substance into Holding Facility/Giving false Name 509 E. BBB (Bud’s Chicken and Seafood)
W/F Crystal Rodriguez and W/F Lacianne Foster were “hanging out” at the listed address (closed business). While speaking to the females, Officer Shepaum learned that Rodriguez and Foster were in possession of hypodermic needles. Additionally, search of their Rodriguez’s person revealed 3 small baggies of powder cocaine. Rodriguez was taken into custody. Foster originally provided Officers the name “Lacianne Coyne”. Once Foster was properly identified she also was taken into custody and searched. Before entering the booking facility, Foster failed to notify the Officers that she had 2 small baggies of powder cocaine concealed in the bottom of her purse, which were located during inventory of her property. Both suspects were charged accordingly, medically cleared at Bethesda due to open infected sores on their arms, processed, and eventually TOT PBCJ.
