18-049765 R/A without Violence 2000 N Federal Hwy 1707 hrs
Officers responded to the above location in reference to a CLS. Contact was made with W/M Christopher Eloshway DOB 9/3/85. Eloshway was intoxicated and belligerent to BBFD. While officers were attempting to identify Eloshway, they found a pipe with marijuana residue within his bag. As officers were attempting to handcuff Eloshway, he began resisting causing minor injuries to himself. Eloshway was arrested for Resisting Arrest w/o Violence along with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Eloshway had a small brown dog which was transported with him to BBPD. When taking the dog out of the vehicle, the dog escaped. Attempts were made to recapture the dog with negative results.
18-049840 Agg Assault on LEO 3570 Old Dixie Hwy 2335 hrs
Officers responded to the above location in reference to a disturbance. Investigation revealed W/M Brandon McDonough battered his roommate on this date. During the investigation McDonough made threats to punch the officers on scene. He was arrested and charged with Simple Battery, Agg Assault on Leo and Resisting arrest without Violence. 18-49678 Strong Arm Robbery 217 N Federal Hwy 0556 hours
Victims were walking in the area when they allege they were approached by a B/F asking if they wanted to buy crack or heroin. Victim advised they declined the offer and the female began pulling on the victim’s clothes which caused the $26 that she had in her underwear to fall to the ground. The B/F alleged took that money. As this was happening several other B/M’s (no desc.) arrived on scene and took the male victim’s cell phone by force and fled the area on foot. Contact was made with the B/F suspect Donna Rolle who denied the allegations and stated that the victims were attempting to buy narcotics in the area and denied any involvement in said theft or robbery. Multiple businesses were checked in the area for video and none could be located.
