Officers responded in reference to a verbal dispute. The caller stated the B/M male involved was in possession of a handgun. The B/M identified as Carl Webb was located and subsequently arrested. Webb was medically cleared due to the report of an injury to his right thumb.

Officer responded to the above location in reference to a traffic crash. Injuries sustained resulted in a trauma patient being transported to DCH. THI/CS responded.

Officers responded in reference to the report of a disturbance and an involved party brandishing a firearm. Officers later located alleged victims in the area of 5 Southern Cross Lane. DB/CS assisted with involved parties responding to the PD for additional investigation.

A black 2009 Infiniti FX35 (bearing FL tag EXLY84) was found by a resident in the parking lot with the front driver side and front passenger side doors ajar. The vehicle appeared to have been ransacked. The vehicle owner was not contacted on the scene; however a case card and instructions to contact BBPD were left.

Victim stated that between 2000 hrs on 9-10-16 and 0830 hrs on today’s date, unknown person entered her gray 2014 Acura RDX (bearing FL tag 722RWG) and ransacked the interior. Nothing was reported to be missing.

Victim stated that his (2013 Black Chevy Equinox LTZ bearing FL Tag#U90-5XE) was rummaged through, including the glove box and center console areas. Nothing was reported to be missing.
16-050466 1223 hours Death (Possible OD) 105 South Blvd. BBPD and BBFD responded to a report of an unresponsive male at this residence. They located a W/M, who appeared to be in his 40’s, with a needle hanging from his arm. BBFD declared the male to be deceased.

Victim stated that sometime between 2130 hrs on 9-09-16 and 1000 hrs on today’s date, unknown person entered his unsecured white 2014 Dodge Charger R/T (bearing FL tag A996M) and removed the following items:Black G-Shock watch Model GA 120 (unknown serial number)- estimated value is $150.00, Brown Oakley Sunglasses- estimated value is $120.00, Brown Johnson and Murphy wallet- estimated value is $60.00, $180.00 in cash, 8 Credit cards- estimated value is $8.00, Florida Driver’s License- estimated value is $1.00. Total estimated loss is $519.00. The suspect also charged $108.33 on the bank debit card at 3625 S. Federal Highway (Walmart), and $280.00 on his credit cards at a Metro PCS store (unknown location). The investigation is ongoing.

Victim stated that sometime between 2200hrs on 9/9/16, and 1200hrs hours today, an unknown person entered her gray 2016 Honda CRV (Fl Tag V72-4GX) and removed a black IPOD ($278), a yellow and black IPOD carrier ($15), (2) chargers (one blue and the other white black specks) ($60), an IPOD charger ($15), and wireless ear buds ($60) from within it. Victim stated that her motion camera activated around 0416hrs as a two tone SUV passed by her residence.

Officers responded to a suspicious incident at this address and located a B/F who had been stabbed in the face. BBFD responded and treated the victim and declared her a trauma alert. She was transported to the Delray Medical Center for treatment. The case remains active.

An anonymous caller saw two black males running east bound across N. Federal Highway, and subsequently heard what was believed to be a single gunshot. Responding officers were unable to locate a crime scene, victim, witnesses, or a suspect. A check of the local hospitals for gunshot victims was negative results. There were no other calls for this incident.

Victim stated that sometime between 0930 and 1130 hours this morning an unknown person (s) entered his unsecured gray 2007 BMW 328I FL tag#Y75 KMR and removed his silver 11″ Mac Book Pro computer ($1300.00), and $200.00 dollars in cash.
16-050119 1416 hours Robbery (Armed) 1601 South Congress Avenue
An unknown W/M suspect entered the Walgreens and robbed the cashier at knifepoint. The suspect was wearing a black hat, a long sleeved shirt, and was unshaven. He fled the area on foot prior to the arrival of police. It was undetermined if he entered a vehicle. The contents of the cash register drawer were reported stolen. Total loss is undetermined at this point. There were no injuries reported. Detective Bureau/Scene Units responded and took over the investigation. The case remains active.
16-050032 2152 hours DUI/Child Neglect 850 W. Gateway Blvd.
Ofc. Castro arrested white female Dana Piskulic for DUI, after his investigation revealed that she was driving while impaired. She was also driving with her 7-year-old child who was left unattended while Dana went inside a store. While in booking, she began to bang on the cell’s window and door. For her safety, she was instructed to sit down. When officers opened the cell door, she launched towards the officers. As a result she was escorted back to the cell’s bench where she lost her balance and hit her back with the bench. SIR in progress.
