15-040819 0946 hours Burglary Auto 133 N. Congress Ave
Sometime between 0900 and 0940hrs, unknown suspect smashed out the front left passenger window and took the victim’s purse and all of its contents without her permission.

15-040856 1259 hours Stolen Tag Mahogany Dr.
Sometime between 0700 and 1259hrs today, unknown suspect took the tag off of the victim’s vehicle without his permission. Victim stated that he saw the tag on the vehicle when he left for work this morning, but noticed it was missing when he was going to lunch. The vehicle was never moved when he parked it at his job this morning.

15-040913 1843 hours Burglary/Auto (Delayed) Tara Lakes Dr. E
An unlocked 2013 Hyundai Sonata was burglarized between 1800 hours on 08/30/15 and the morning hours of 08/31/15. An I-phone charger and $4.00 in loose change was taken from the vehicle.

15- 41007 0733 hours Grand Theft 245 Main Blvd. (High Point)
Victim stated that unknown persons stole the tires from her 2007 Saturn Ion between 1900 hours and 0700 hours, total loss estimated at $1000.00.

15-041113 Possession of Marijuana – Arrest 905 W. Woolbright Road
Officer Maul in collaboration with Officer Ward made contact with B/M Evan Massillon and B/M Devante Durham; during a traffic stop at the aforesaid location. During the officers’ interaction with Evan and Devante; they detected a smell of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. It was determined that both Evan and Devante were in possession of marijuana. Both were charged accordingly and subsequently released with a Notice to Appear.

15-041164 Possession of Paraphernalia & Cocaine/Open Container – Arrest 100 E. Gateway Blvd.
Officer Loshelder made contact with W/M Thomas Terwilliger; who apparently was openly smoking crack cocaine while sitting on the corner of the aforesaid location. During the officers’ interaction with Thomas; he was in possession of a cold/open can of an alcoholic beverage. Post arrest of Thomas; a thorough search revealed he was in possession of crack cocaine. Thomas was charged accordingly and later transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

15-041170 Shots Fired/Suspicious Incident 1000 N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officers responded to the aforesaid location to a report of shots fired; however, after a canvas of the area and check of the local medical facilities – the incident was reclassified to a suspicious incident until such time additional information can be gleaned.

15-41311 1647 Robbery (Sudden Snatching) 1000 Block N. Seacrest Blvd.
While seated in her vehicle with a male friend, victim advised she had opened her purse to retrieve some money to “make change”. The friend suddenly reached into the purse and grabbed the money. The male ran from the vehicle eastbound on M.L.K.

15-41345 1900 Robbery (Sudden Snatching) 1919 N. Seacrest Blvd.
Victim advised a person reached into his pocket while at Qwik Stop and took some money from him “for no reason at all”. The subject then ran and got into a newer model vehicle, leaving the area.

15-41371 2110 Hit and Run with Injuries Arrest Miner Rd./Congress Ave.
H/F, Yamilette Iglesias, 07/24/68, was arrested by Officer Baldino after she was involved in three separate vehicle accidents along Congress Ave., having failed to remain on-scene for each. One victim taken to BMH for complaint of neck and back pain. DUI charges are pending results of Blood Toxicology results.

15-041448 0821hours Burglary to Structure (Delayed) SE 11th Avenue
Victim advised that sometime between 09.04.15 at approx. 1700 hours, and this date at approx. 0800 hours, unknown person(s), burglarized a tool shed. Unknown person(s) cut the master padlock, from the entrance door. A generator, 2 chainsaw, golf clubs, tool box with tools, 2 propane tanks, and bolt cutters were stolen. A loss of approximately $9300.00 was reported.

15-041461 0929hours Vandalism/Shooting into Unoccupied Vehicle NE 12th Avenue
Victim discovered their 1998 Silver Toyota RAV4 riddled with holes in the driver side of the vehicle. Pellet rounds were found within the interior of the vehicle. No surveillance cameras were within the immediate area, and no witnesses were located.

15-41549 Auto Theft 2010 N. Federal Hwy 1850hrs
Victim reported a tan 2004 Chrysler Pacifica stolen. Keys left in the vehicle.

15-41607 Shots Fired 3185 E. Atlantic Dr. 0025hrs
Officers responded to a report of shots fired. Reclassified to a suspicious incident. Area canvas revealed no evidence/victims located.

15-041642 0700hours Vandalism to Business Family Dollar/ 100 E. MLK Jr. Blvd.
While conducting extra, Officer Harris discovered multiple small pellet holes within the windows located on the northwest side of the business.

15-041651 1007hours Burglary to Auto Congress Ave Barrier Free Park / 3111 S. Congress Ave
Victim advised her 2015 gray Lexus RX350 was burglarized on this date (0900 hours – 0950hours), while parked within the lot. Unknown person(s) gained entry by smashing out the rear passenger window (est. damage $300). A “Kate Spade”, diaper bag ($300) was stolen from the vehicle containing misc baby clothing ($50).

15-041652 1012hours Burglary to Auto Caloosa Park/ 1300 SW 35 Avenue
Unknown person(s), burglarized a silver 2012 Kia Sportage while parked on this date between 0930hours -1012 hours. Unknown person(s) shattered the rear passenger window (est. damage $200) gaining access into the interior. A “Kate Spade” purse ($300), which contained misc. items was stolen from the rear floorboard.

15-41746 Possession Contraband 400 NE 26th Ave 2228hrs
w/m Jeffrey Brooks was found to be in possession of <20grams of marijuana. Brooks was issued an NTA.

15-41771 Possession Contraband 480 W BB Blvd 0036hrs
Daniel Dillman was found to be in possession of paraphernalia (crack pipe). Dillman was issued an NTA.

15-041927 DWLS – Arrest 280 N. Atlantic Drive
Officer Dailey arrested W/M Juan, Joel A.; after a thorough investigation revealed that Juan’s driving privileges were suspended by the State of Florida. Juan was charged accordingly and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
