The Boynton Beach Police Department, in partnership with Palm Beach County’s Department of Public Safety Victim Services Division, invites the community to attend the 6th Annual DUI Victim Remembrance Memorial, held each year on the first Wednesday in December. This heartfelt gathering brings together survivors, families, advocates, and community members to honor the lives lost and those forever changed by impaired driving.

Although Palm Beach County has seen a decrease in DUI arrests, crashes, and serious injuries, the increase in fatalities—from 37 to 52—serves as a solemn reminder of the devastating impact impaired driving continues to have. Behind every statistic is a person deeply loved and dearly missed, a family navigating unimaginable loss, and a community forever changed.

This memorial is more than an event—it is a time to reflect, to remember, and to stand পাশে those whose lives have been affected. It is also a call to action, reinforcing the importance of making responsible choices and looking out for one another on our roadways.

The Boynton Beach Police Department encourages all community members to attend, show support for victims and their families, and stand united in the commitment to prevent impaired driving. Together, through remembrance and awareness, we can honor those we have lost and work toward a safer future for all.
