National Night Out returns to Boynton Beach on Wednesday, August 5, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Boynton Beach Police Department!
This event is free to attend and brings the community together for an evening of family-friendly fun and connection. The event will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including children’s crafts, face painting, entertainment by Digital Vibez, and more.
Attendees can enjoy live demonstrations from the BBPD K9 Unit and Drone Team, as well as meet and interact with several specialty units, including Crime Prevention, SWAT, Motor, Marine, and Crime Scene. Free child safety ID kits will also be available.
As part of the festivities, presenting sponsor Florida Power & Light will host a Backpack Giveaway, providing free backpacks filled with school supplies to the first 300 children, while supplies last.
National Night Out is an annual initiative designed to strengthen police-community partnerships and foster neighborhood camaraderie, helping make Boynton Beach a safer and more connected place to live.
