This is Brandon Lang, 33, of Delray Beach. He is a registered sex offender, and today, we arrested him for exposing and pleasuring himself in front of a 2-year-old girl, 4-year-old boy and their 26-year-old mother while the children played outside their Boynton Beach home. Lang was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail, and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a minor less than 16 years of age, exposure of sexual organs, lewd and lascivious conduct and resisting arrest without violence.
