19-005580 1649 hours Elder Neglect 2815 S Seacrest Blvd
Officers responded to Bethesda Hospital in reference to an elderly male who was brought in by BBFD earlier in the day. The male appeared confused and disoriented. After a lengthy time, Officers were finally able to ID the male and determined he was a resident of Colonial Club Assisted Living. Upon making contact with the facility, it was learned they had not seen the male for several hours. The male was released to the care of his daughter. DCF Notified. D-Bureau responded. Investigation on-going.

Victim reported between 1000 hours on 01/28 and 1700 hours on 01/30, unknown persons entered her Subaru Forester. Miscellaneous change missing.

B/M Miller Jean-Charles was arrested after a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle he was operating. A records check was conducted which revealed the vehicle to be stolen out of Broward County (11-1901-008076) on 01/29. Jean-Charles TOT PBCJ.

Officers attempted a traffic stop on a black in color Volkswagen CC (unknown tag) for a traffic infraction. The vehicle failed to yield at which time the efforts to the stop the vehicle were terminated. The vehicle was last seen traveling northbound on I-95.

W/M Dominic Tozzo was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on the vehicle he was operating. Tozzo refused to provide a breath sample. Tozzo was TOT PBCJ.

Officers were on a call when they heard multiple shots being fired from the area. One caller contacted BBPD to advise they believed the shots came from the area of 1200 NW 4th St. A search of the area yielded negative results for any evidence or victims. Local hospital contacted.
19-005520 1120 hours Burglary Auto 1114 Lake Terrace Lane
On 01/30/18 at approx.. 1114 hours Officer responded in reference to a delayed auto burglary. Contact was made with the victim whom stated that between 01-28-19 and 01-30-19,an unknown person entered her 2018 Ford Escape, NJ tag VXE-69U without her permission. The victim stated that the glove compartment and center console was ransacked, but nothing appeared to be missing.

On 01-30-19, at approximately 1319 hours, officer responded to a delayed burglary (residence).Upon arrival, met with the victim who stated someone broke into his residence that is being renovated, and stole his Samsung refrigerator and Samsung stove. Investigation ongoing.
