Drunk driving can shatter holiday joy. From December 15, 2023, to January 1, 2024, officers will amplify their presence, emphasizing the dangers of impaired driving.
Law Enforcement Trust Fund grants now available
The Boynton Beach Police Department has a long-standing commitment to the reduction of crime, as well as the implementation of crime and drug prevention initiatives, throughout the City of Boynton Beach. Any use of LETF Funds requires approval from the City Commission in accordance with F.S. 932.7055, upon request of the Chief of Police. The Statute requires that a portion of any Revenues be donated, or expended, for the support or operation of drug treatment, drug abuse education, drug prevention, crime prevention, safe neighborhood or School Resource officer program(s).
In order to be considered, all applications MUST be received NO LATER than October 6, 2023.
