19-001110 Fleeing and Eluding NW 4th St & BBB 2258 hours
Officers were on patrol at the above address and observed a vehicle being operated in a reckless manner. The officers conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle as it entered I-95 southbound. The vehicle ignored the officers’ emergency equipment and attempted to flee from the officers. The fleeing vehicle became disabled shortly after the driver’s failed attempt to flee from the officers. The driver pulled over as the vehicle became incapacitated due to mechanical failure. The driver of the vehicle, Agatha Dorsett, was taken into custody and transported to BBPD for processing. Dorsett was later turned over to the Palm Beach County Jail.
19-001121 Accident PD Vehicle 2200 N. Seacrest Blvd 0120 hours
Officers were on a traffic stop at the above address when a passing motorist struck one of the police vehicles. PD vehicle 4657 sustained heavy damage to its passenger side. The officer was not in the vehicle at the time of the crash. There were no injuries.

Julian Gonzalez was arrested after he refused to comply with Officers and continued to create a disturbance while intoxicated.
19-001038 Suspicious Incident (Shots Fired) 1213 NW 4th St 1317hrs.
Units responded to the Cherry Hill Mini Mart in reference to calls of several shots being fired, upon arrival several shell casings were located in the roadway. The casings were collected, no evidence of any injured parties and no cooperative witnesses. Area Hospitals were notified, as of this writing there are no known victims.
19-000886 Burglary to Auto 801 N. Congress Avenue 16:36 hours
Victim parked her vehicle at approximately 1500 hours and when she returned to her vehicle at 1615 hours she noticed the right front passenger door window completely shattered. Unknown individual(s) removed a handbag from the front passenger floor board containing a check book and ID card.
19-000948 Accident w/Injuries 1799 N. Congress Avenue 21:38 hours
BBPD units responded to an accident with injuries in front of the McDonalds. Units located two vehicles up against the concrete post on the west side of congress after a vehicle turning left was struck by a south bound vehicle. Both drivers were transported to the hospital. THI call out and crime scene responded to the crash.
19-815 Burglary Auto 600 E. BBB 0544 hours
Overnight to a 2013 Dodge Durango by shattering the front passenger window. Misc. change taken.
19-820 Homicide 1511 Stonehaven Dr. 0717 hours
Units responded to the above location in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival they located B/M suffering from a gunshot wound. BBFD transported him to DMC where he later expired. D-bureau and crime scene responded.
19-840 Burglary Auto 105 Lake Monterey Circle 1138 hours
Overnight to a 2016 Dodge Journey. Car seat and stroller taken.
19-000806 Suspicious Persons 100 Asbury Way 00:51 hours
BBPD units responded to The Cove in reference to three subjects checking door handles of parked vehicles. Upon making contact all three subjects attempted to flee the area on foot however they were swiftly stopped and detained by officers. B/M Saint Preux Keller (2/16/98) B/M Accime Wendesley D (11/22/99) and B/M/Juvenile were charged with L & P and Resisting w/o violence, processing and tot to JAC/PBCJ.
