18-035448 Narcotic Arrest 398 N Congress Ave 0039 hours
Ofc Esteves conducted a traffic stop on a blue 2016 Chevy 4 door for a traffic infraction. During the traffic stop, front seat passenger W/M Jack Schofield was found to be in possession of 10 grams of marijuana. Schofield was arrested and issued an NTA.
18-035358 Suspicious Person E. Gateway Blvd + NW 4th St 14:08 hours
BBPD units responded to a report of a subject walking towards the community with a gun in his hand. Officers canvassed the area and located a subject (later identified as Kevin Joshua Bruster II 5/22/94) matching the description of the subject walking south on NE 4th Street towards Gateway Blvd. Officers observed bulges in both of Bruster’s pockets at which time he was told to stop. Bruster walked towards the officers however turned and attempted to flee on foot towards the Quick Stop. Bruster was subsequently tased and taken into custody. Bruster was charged with resisting arrest w/o violence and possession of marijuana < 20 grams. Bruster was medically cleared and tot to PBCJ.
18-035267 Fleeing and Eluding 244 SW 4th Ave 2103 hours
Officers on patrol came a across a stolen vehicle near the 500 block on N. Seacrest Blvd. Officers attempted to conduct a felony stop on the vehicle when the driver decided to flee from the officers. The driver then abandoned and bailed out of the vehicle at the above address. The vehicle, a silver Toyota Camry FL tag Z35-CUL, crashed into a mailbox at the above address. Officers set up a perimeter and tracked the driver with the assistance of our K-9 officer. The driver, Bakari K. Washington, was later apprehended with the assistance of PBSO Eagle 2 as he hid in the backyard of a residence on SW 5th Ln.

Officer Berben conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by B/M, Brunson Latortue, 11/30/86, who was subsequently arrested after investigation revealed he was in Possession of Less than 20 grams Marijuana. Subject NTA’d.
18-35204 1621 hrs Narcotic Arrest 1000 N. Federal Hwy.
Officer Autiello and Officer Whitefield conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by B/M, Timothy Jones Jr., 01/25/96, who was subsequently arrested after investigation revealed he was in possession of a small amount of Heroin and in Possession of Less than 20 grams Marijuana. $1,444.00 was seized. Subject TOT PBCJ.

Victim was selling an IPhone on offer up. Responded to this location and B/M suspect snatched the phone from the victim and fled the area on foot.
18-035061 Burglary To Auto 105 S. Atlantic Dr W 2029 hours
Officers responded to the above address and met with the caller who reported a burglary to her landscaping trailer. The victim said some landscaping equipment valued at more than $1600.00 were taken. Officers observed damage to the trailer’s door lock.
18-34983 1340 hrs Narcotic Arrest 200 N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officer Herny conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for several observed infractions, resulting in the arrest of B/F, Anna C. Aristide, 10/28/97, for possession of 2.1 grams Marijuana; and the arrest of juvenile 08/13/02, for possession of 10.1 grams of Marijuana and Intent to Sell Marijuana. Aristide was NTA’d and Juvenile was TOT to Parent.
18-35030 1741 hrs Hit and Run Crash/Obstruction Arrest 1711 Stonehaven Dr.
W/M, Moisa Dayan, 09/29/77, was arrested for Obstruction and Leaving Scene of Accident. Subject briefly resisted arrest, but was subdued in handcuffs while placed against a wall. Subject sustained a bleeding abrasion on his nose from the incident.
18-034927 0718 hours BURGLARY AUTO 1611 Cetona Dr.
Officer responded to 1611 Cetona Dr. in reference to a delayed Burglary to Auto. Contact was made with the victim whom stated that between 1830hrs on 7/5 to 0715hrs this morning, an unknown person entered her 2017 Jeep Cherokee Limited Black (FL Tag IAAN80) and ransacked it. Victim stated that her vehicle was unlocked, and the glove compartment was opened. Victim she stated that nothing appears to be taken.
