18-029967 Agg. Assault Firearm 401 NW 13th Ave 1752 hours
Officers responded to the above address and met with the caller who wanted to report an Agg. Assault. The caller said a black male know to her as “Fat” pointed a gun at her and threatened to shoot her. Officers spoke to witnesses and were able to obtain a full name on the suspect. Officers compiled a photo line-up and returned to the address to administer the photo line-up. Officers were not able to locate the caller/victim. Multiple attempts have been made to locate the caller/victim without success. Investigation On-going.
18-029969 Fleeing & Eluding 300 NE 11th Ave 1807 hours
Officers were on patrol and attempted a traffic stop of a reckless vehicle. The vehicle initially fled from the officers only to stop two blocks away to allow a front passenger (Miles, Roman DOB 07/09/1998) to bail out of the vehicle. The passenger ran off as the vehicle resumed fleeing from the officers marked police cars. An officer was able to apprehend Miles by deploying his Taser. The driver of the vehicle drove back to the initial location of the traffic and came to a complete stop. The driver b/m Vincent Pullens Jr 10/15/99 was taken into custody without incident. The officers recovered the following items from inside of the vehicle: Glock 23 handgun, Oxycodone pills, and Marijuana Hashish oil. Miles and Pullens were processed at BBPD and later turned over to the Palm Beach County Jail.

The victim reported a delayed burglary to her Kia Optima. The caller said she left the vehicle unlocked and unknown person(s) ransacked the contents of vehicle. The complainant nothing was missing from her vehicle.
18-030018 Robbery Strong Arm 217 N. Federal Hwy 2218 hours
The victim told officers he was approached by a male who asked him for a cigarette. The victim rejected the male’s begging and went into the store. The victim said the same male approached him as he exited the store and snatched his wallet and cell phone from his hands. The suspect was described as black male, medium build, 5’11”- 6’00”, with short brown hair wearing an orange shirt. There were no witnesses to the incident. Officers searched the area for the suspect and did not locate the suspect.
18-29895 Auto Burglary 1794 Bayan Creek Circle North 0639 hours
Sometime between 2300 on 06-06 and 0630 this date unknown suspect entered victim’s dark green Nissan Rogue and stole a yellow Vera Bradley purse and some loose change. No damage to vehicle.
18-29898 Auto Burglary 1700 Stonehaven Drive 0707 hours
Sometime between 2230 on 06-06 and 0700 this date unknown suspects entered the victim’s gray 2004 Chevy Impala and rummaged through the vehicle. Nothing appeared to missing.
18-29901 Auto Burglary 1999 Belmont Place 0716 hours
Sometime between 2300 on 06-06 and 0700 this date unknown suspects entered the victim’s silver 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and removed a Samsung S5 cell phone. Vehicle was unsecure.
18-29913 Auto Burglary 1838 Edgewater Drive 0816 hours
Sometime between 2300 on 06-06 and 0530 on this date unknown suspects entered the victim’s white 2015 Dodge Dart and removed $30.00 cash and some Mexican Pesos. Vehicle was unsecure.
18-029792 Burglary to Auto 480 W. Boynton Beach Blvd 1546 hours
Officers responded to a delayed burglar to auto where a commercial vehicle was broken into. The victim said approximately $800 in work tools were stolen. Officers observed damage to the vehicle’s door.
18-029843 Burglary To Auto 2005 S. Federal Hwy 2130 hours
Victim reported a burglary to her 2017 blue Infinity SUV (FL Tag RIN485). Numerous personal items were stolen and valued at approximately $1,000.
18-029865 Agg. Assault L.E.O. 400 NE 14th Ave 2225 hours
Officers conducted a traffic stop of a black 2018 Jaguar sedan bearing FL tag# JLUF48 at the above address. Officers made contact with driver and solo occupant b/m Vincent Sims (DOB 1/29/72). As officers ordered Sims out of the vehicle, Sims drove off with an officer’s arm inside the vehicle through the driver’s door. The officer was able to free his arm without being injured. Officers later located the vehicle on Ocean Parkway and attempted to stop the vehicle. The vehicle fled from officers and the vehicle was found abandoned on Ficus Tree Rd. Officers saturated the area and subsequently apprehended Sims a short distance from the vehicle. Sims was processed at BBPD and was later turned over to the Palm Beach County Jail.
18-029871 Burglary To Auto 2360 N. Federal Hwy 2259 hours
Officers responded to the report of an auto burglary at the Shell Gas Station. The victim said her vehicle was broken into while she was in the store. The victim cell phone was stolen from the vehicle. Officers obtained video surveillance that showed a black male walking from the driver side of the vehicle.
18-029656 Agg. Bat. Cutting Instr. 2240 N. Federal Hwy
Officers responded to the Intracoastal Park in reference to a stabbing. Officers met with an injured male who alleged to have been stabbed by another. Investigation revealed that the two subjects were fighting over a pocket knife and cut each other in the process. It was also learned that the argument started when they accused each of splashing rain water onto their respective luggage. Both subjects were treated by BBFD Paramedics for non-life-threatening injuries and both parties signed refusal to prosecute forms.
18-019678 Death Overdose 3483 S. Federal Hwy 2224 hours
Officers were dispatched to the above address to conduct a welfare check. Officers initially were not able to enter the residence and/or make contact with the occupant. Officers later met with a neighbor who had key access to the residence. Officers checked the interior of the residence and discovered the resident deceased near the kitchen. Evidence at the scene pointed to a possible drug overdose. CSI and Detective Bureau Personnel responded to investigate.
18-029670 Burglary Auto 1011 S. Chippewa Cir 18:38 hours
Victim advised on June 4, 2018 she left her vehicle parked in the driveway of her residence at approximately 18:30 hours and when she returned at 07:00 hours on June 5, 2018 she discovered the center console had been rummaged through by unknown individuals. The victim believes she left the vehicle unlocked. Numerous items were taken to include a smith and Wesson SD9VE 9mm handgun with the serial number of FYC3660.

Ofc Pires responded to the above address in reference to a suspicious vehicle call. During the investigation, B/M Dominique Davis was found in possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Davis was arrested for said charge and released with an NTA.

Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his unsecured 2004 Hyundai Elantra and stole a wallet containing cash and credit cards.

18-29370 Stolen Vehicle X2 133 SE 11th Ave. 0629 hours
Victim reports sometime between 2300 on 06-03 and 0620 hours this date unknown suspects removed a 2004 green Chevy Malibu bearing Fl. Tag 702MZU and a 2010 silver Nissan Titan pick-up bearing Fl. Tag DLFS82. The keys for both vehicles were inside the Nissan pick-up. The truck was left unsecure.
