18-011515 Stolen Vehicle 1467 SW 25th Pl 0750hrs
Victim reported that her ’17 gray Nissan Rogue (FL DCAM16) was stolen from in front of her residence between 2000 hours on 2/24/18 and 0725 hours on 2/25/18. Vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC.
On 02/25/18 at 2237, Officers received an LPR hit on the above stolen vehicle in the area of 1000 N. Seacrest Blvd. Officer Grigorian conducted a traffic stop on the aforementioned vehicle at 400 NW 10th Ave. to wit the driver immediately took flight. Both Grigorian and Daily pursued the suspect on foot to the area of 400 NW 8th Ave. When additional units arrived to secure the stolen vehicle; it had been stolen again in the span of 30 seconds. Units searched the area but met with negative results in locating the vehicle a second time. The suspect b/m/j was found by K-9 Officer Adams and his partner Duke hiding on the roof of 426 NW 8th Ave. He refused to provide a statement to officers in reference to who stole the vehicle a second time. He was subsequently charged with GTA and R/A without violence and tot JAC.

18-011524 Burglary Auto 117 Live Oak Ln 0854hrs
Officer responded to a report of delayed vehicle burglary. The victim reported that sometime this morning between 0830 hours and 0854 hours, an unknown suspect smashed her front driver side window of her ’15 Honda Civic and stole her IPhone 6s from the center console.
18-011543 Burglary Auto 508 Live Oak Ln 1230hrs
Officer responded to a report of a delayed vehicle burglary where the victim reported that sometime between 2000 on 2/24/18 and 1100 hours on today’s date, unknown suspect(s) broke into her ’09 Chevy Impala and stole approximately $10 in loose change.
Units responded to 1 non-fatal overdose.
18-011413 1744 hours Overdose Non-Fatal 801 N. Congress Ave.
18-011447 1959 hours Poss. of Marijuana w/Intent/R/A 1005 N. Seacrest Blvd.
While on patrol in the area of 1000 N. Seacrest Blvd. Officer Roedel observed b/m Jeremee Malave in Heritage Park which was closed per City Ordinance. Upon making contact with Malave he immediately took flight. After a short foot pursuit Malave was apprehended at 153 NW 10th Ave. Search incident to arrest yielded several 1×1 baggies containing marijuana package for sale. Malave was subsequently arrested and tot PBCJ.
18-011482 2355 hours Disturbance 1200 Miner Rd.
Units responded to the FOP lodge in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival there were approximately 500 people both inside and outside the lodge. There was an extreme odor of marijuana emanating from the entire area. Due to the aforementioned facts officers shut the event down and assisted in crowd control until the area was clear.

18-011174 1526 hours Overdose-Fatal 7203 Pinehurst Dr.
Units responded to the above address in reference to an overdose. Upon arrival units discovered the decedent w/m 28 yoa expired on his bathroom floor. Detective Bureau and Crime Scene responded.
18-007807 1719 hours Overdose/Child Neglect Arrest
Units responded to the above address in reference to an overdose. Upon arrival both w/m Andrew Otto and w/f Lauren James were found in the bedroom of the residence unresponsive. Also inside the bedroom were two four year old w/m/j children who were screaming for their parents to “please wake up”. Officer Malley attended to the children while BBFD administered life saving measures to the parents. Both regained consciousness and were transported to the hospital for additional treatment. The children were transported to BBPD until DCF arrived and took custody of them. Both Otto and James were subsequently medically cleared and arrested for one count of Child Neglect.
18-011928 0147 hours Overdose-Fatal 1767 Palmland Dr.
Units responded to the above address in reference to a 33 yoa w/m found expired in her bathtub. Detective Bureau and Crime Scene responded.

18-011092 Burglary (Vehicle) 600 E Boynton Beach Blvd 0800hrs
Officers responded to delayed vehicle burglary where the victim reported that sometime between 2230 hours on 2/22/18 and 0730 on todays date, an unknown suspect smashed out the window to his 2010 Chevy Tahoe and stole his cell phone and a spare key to his girlfriend’s 2015 white Kia Optima (FL GVDR68) which was then stolen from the same location (Case # 18-011094).
