18-005929 Overdose-Fatal 96 Citrus Park Lane 1940 hours
Deceased was located lying on the ground in his bedroom by roommates and evidence of suspected heroin was found on his persons. Subject was pronounced by BBFR. CSI and on-call Detective arrived on scene.
18-005938 CCF/Narcotics Possession/Obstruction 570 E. Woolbright Rd 2028 hours
Officer Worrell initiated a traffic stop on a Nissan Murano when rear passenger Kendrick Brown exited the vehicle and ran towards the rear of Walgreens. Officer Worrell gave chase and observed Brown attempting to conceal an item within the contents of a dumpster, later identified as a CZ-52 firearm. Brown then continued to run eastbound in the parking lot where he was detained by responding officers. Brown was charged with CCF, Obstruction, and Providing a False Name. Driver and passenger were charged with misc. narcotics possession and released with an NTA.

Officers responded to the area reference shots fired. Officers canvassed the area for any signs of evidence with negative findings. Local hospitals were checked.
18-005831 Stolen Vehicle 623 SW 4th Ave 0925hrs
Victim reported that sometime between 1800 hours on 1/27/18 and 0800 hours on today’s date, his 2016 white Chevy Express van, bearing FL Tag GTMM64, was stolen from in front of his residence. Vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC.

Officers responded to CLS where w/m was found to be deceased on the living room floor and was beyond help. A small amount of suspected heroin was located on top of a laptop. Crime Scene and a Detective responded to the scene.

18-005693 Armed Robbery (delayed) 220 Savannah Lakes Dr 1350hrs
Officers responded to the reported of a delayed (20 min) armed robbery that occurred at the Savannah Lakes clubhouse. Victim reported that 3 b/m’s approached him with an unknown type of handgun and stole his Apple Iphone. One suspect was reported to be wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans and a 2nd suspect was wearing a pink shirt. No description on the third suspect. They were last seen westbound on W Gateway Blvd toward Sand and Sea.
18-005700 Accident w/ Injuries N Congress Ave/ Boynton Lakes Blvd. 1424hrs
Officers responded to a vehicle accident with injures. Witnesses reported that a white Ford Mustang was traveling northbound at a high rate of speed and was possibly racing 2 other unidentified vehicles. A white Honda Civic was pulling out of Boynton Lakes when the Mustang struck the driver side door of the Honda. The driver of the Honda was trauma alerted to Delray Medical Center. Crime scene responded to the scene. The driver is expected to survive as he had non-life threatening fractures to his lower extremities.

Officers responded to a delayed vehicle burglary at Seabourne Cove where an unknown suspect entered a 2017 Lexus GS200T that was left unlocked. Stolen from the vehicle were 2 watches to include a Rolex Presidential ($7000) and a Hublot Big Bang SS ($9000). The incident occurred between the hours of 2000 on 1/25/18 and 1000hrs on this date.
18-005472 Burglary Vehicle 1220 SW 35th Ave 1045hrs
Officers responded to a delayed vehicle burglary where it was found that at approximately 0420 hours on this date 2 subjects entered a 2006 Vanguard trailer and stole 2 unknown make/model projectors valued at $8,000.
