Victim delayed in reporting a vehicle stolen from him by gunpoint on January 15 at approximately 2300 hours. Victim stated he was attempting to purchase marijuana from a dealer he knows as “Tim” and the girl Tim was with, Eve (NFI). Tim became upset when victim would not drive him to another location and several unknown subjects approached. Tim was struck a number of times and a silver pistol was pointed at him as he was pulled out of a 2011 gray Buick Enclave with FL tag # 1104TL. An unknown B/M then drove away in the vehicle. Victim did have evidence of injuries. Vehicle entered FCIC/NCIC.

Victim reported unknown suspects entered his vehicle and removed his sunglasses (value $105) HP laptop (value $420) and a body comprehension scale (value $1,300). The burglary was believed to have taken place within the last 48 hours.

Victim reported that unknown suspect stole his dark green 2000 Toyota Camry bearing FL tag Y79HCW, VIN# 2T1BR12E3YC309704. The keys were in the vehicle. Vehicle was entered into FCIC /NCIC. Approximately 20 minutes later BBPD units observed the vehicle travelling westbound in the area of 100 NE 10th Avenue. When units attempted to stop the vehicle; the driver continued southbound on Seacrest Avenue failing to stop. Units terminated efforts to stop the vehicle. Units bolo’d area and located the driver in the area of SW 4th Street running from the vehicle. Driver B/M Keller Saint Preux was charged with Fleeing and Eluding, grand theft auto; processed and tot to PBCJ.

Victim reported that his rental duplex was vandalized and burglarized by an unknown suspect. The front windows of the residence had all been broken out, and appliances had been taken from within the residence, to include the following items; Kenmore side by side refrigerator ($1,000), G/E refrigerator ($1,000), (2) Samsung Stoves ($1,000), Samsung Microwave ($250), 2 Dryers and a washer (unknown brand) ($2,100), Miscellaneous Tools ($3,500), Broken Windows ($4,000). Total loss is estimated to be ($12,850). BBPD Crime Scene Units responded and processed the scene.
