Victim advised unknown individual(s) entered the residence sometime between 12:10 hours and 12:30 hours by using a key lost on the previous day at her son’s school. No signs of forced entry. Taken were three pairs of air Jordan sneakers, a play station, and several play station games.
16-059608 Robbery Firearm 1005 N. Seacrest Blvd 18:18 hours
Victim was approached outside of EZ Food Mart by two unknown black males asking him to purchase drugs from him. Victim advised the suspects took him back to their residence and demanded money from him. The suspects went through his pockets and took $60 from him. Both suspects then brandished black in color guns within their waistbands as they demanded more money. The victim told them he would obtain more money if they took him to a Western Union so they ordered an Uber driver to pick them up. After the victim and suspects arrived at the check cashing store located at 138 W Boynton Beach Blvd. the victim used his cell phone to contact police. BBPD units canvassed the area however did not locate the suspects or the Uber driver.

BBPD unit observed a silver Dodge Ram Pickup (Fl tag CSLF27) with an expired reg tag travelling southbound on N Seacrest Blvd. As units attempted to stop the vehicle, the vehicle continued to drive until eventually stopping at Rainbow Food Mart. Rodney Lamar Caldwell was arrested for Fleeing and Eluding, possession of Marijuana with intent to sell. Caldwell was processed and tot to PBCJ without incident.
16059574 – 1428 hours Traffic Crash (w/ Injuries) 400 Block North Seacrest Blvd.
A two vehicle crash occurred that resulted in injuries to three persons, two of whom were triaged as trauma alert patients by BBFR. North Seacrest Blvd was closed to north and southbound traffic from Boynton Beach Blvd, north to the 500 Block. City Utilities employees provided assistance to those involved prior to the arrival of BBFD. Traffic Homicide Investigators on scene.
