Vehicle entered between 10/01 at 2200 and 10/02 at 0800 by unknown person who removed property from within.
16-054860 2251 hours 1000 N. Seacrest Blvd. Poss. of Controlled Substance/Tampering w/ Evidence/Recovery Stolen Auto
Officers located a black Jeep in the 1000 block of N. Seacrest Blvd. A computer check of the tag revealed the vehicle was reported stolen out of PBSO (case# 16-134363). The driver Jason Ewell stated the owner of the vehicle traded it for drugs. L/R/P of the vehicle, W/M Moses Moyer was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Moyer was also charged with tampering with physical evidence. Moyer was later transferred to PBC main jail.

Vehicle entered between 10/01 at 2030 and 10/02 at 0800 by unknown person who removed a purse from within.
16-54583 1640 hours Burglary/Auto 1020 West Industrial Ave
Approximately $17,500 dollars’ worth of electronics equipment was stolen from a van parked in the storage lot. Several hours later, a witness located 5 storage containers that appeared to have had their locks cut and entered (#16-54647). It is unknown who the containers belong to and a representative of the storage company could not be located. At this time it is unknown if anything else has been taken. Extra patrol’s conducted throughout the shift.
16-54590 1715 hours Traffic Accident/Police Vehicle 2000 NW 1st Street
Police vehicle #4554 was properly parked while the officer was on the scene of an investigation. The driver of another vehicle brushed #4554 along the rear passenger side door with their mirror. Traffic Unit completed crash report. Both vehicles sustained very minor damage.

Officers responded to the area in reference to 8-10 shots fired. The area was checked with negative results for a crime scene, witnesses, or any damage.
16-54666 2327 hours Narcotics Arrest 2221 N. Seacrest Blvd
Officer Wagner and Officer Alegria initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple equipment violations. The driver, later identified as Oskar Lopez, was subsequently arrested for an FTA warrant, DWLS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Synthetic Marijuana. The passenger, later identified as Jasmyne Montalvo, was arrested for .9 grams of MDMA, 18 Heroin capsules, 13.8 grams of Marijuana, and 9.8 grams of Crack Cocaine. Both were processed and sent to the Palm Beach County Jail.

Unknown person entered screened porch of the residence between 09/30 at 2200 and 10/01 at 1100 and stole a dark blue Mongoose bicycle.
16-54556 1339 hours Burglary Auto 640 NE 6th CT.
Vehicle entered between 09/30 at 2000 and 10/01 at 1200 by unknown person. Hand tools were taken from a pried open toolbox.
16-54561 1415 hours Burglary Structure 2923 S. Federal Hwy. (Bethesda Tabernacle Christian)
Between August 21 and today’s date, unknown person broke the door lock of the electrical room and stole copper wire from the electrical box within. A hole was made in the ceiling of the room to gain access to several rooms, where there was evidence of further copper wire removed from various outlets/electrical boxes. In furtherance of the crime, several more holes in walls and ceilings were made. Total value of theft and damage estimated at $10,000 according to representative of property.

Officers responded to an unconscious male in the parking lot of the above address. He was transported to Bethesda Hospital in stable condition.

An unconscious male was located in a vehicle at the Shell Station. He was revived and subsequently transported to Bethesda Hospital in stable condition.
16-54454 2219 hours Medical/Ride-Along 2360 N. Federal Hwy
While on scene of the above incident, a civilian ride along experienced a medical issue and fainted. He was transported to Bethesda Hospital as a precaution and then driven to his residence.

An unconscious male was treated on scene by BBFD prior to being transported to Bethesda Hospital in stable condition.

The following items were taken, gray wallet ($10), 2 Chase visa cards, 2 vehicle insurance cards, and $5 in loose change US currency.

Her Garmin GPS ($200), phone charger ($30), a beaded fish shape purse ($10) and $6 in US coins was taken from her vehicle.
