16-34856 1556hrs Retail Theft/Resisting Arrest 1005 W. Gateway Blvd (Publix)
W/M Philip Seager selected merchandise and concealed the items within his backpack. LPO attempted to stop Seager as he exited the store however, Seager fled on foot. Captain Bonafair observed Seager fleeing the scene and gave chase. Seager resisted arrest and was Tased by Captain Bonafair. Seager was then taken into custody without further incident. 16-34883 1741hrs Burglary to Residence NE 2nd Ct
Victim left for work at about 0700 hours, and returned home at about 1720 hours. When he walked into his back bedroom, he noticed multiple items on his bed, his dresser drawers open, and his bedroom window opened. Victim advised that he did leave the window unsecured when he left for work, and that he did not notice anything missing at this time. No suspect information was obtained. Victim will update PD when loss is determined.
16-34882 1759hrs Crash/DUI Boynton Beach Blvd and Federal Hwy
Units responded to a crash involving a Palm Tran bus an a Ford E250 Cargo van. It was determined that the driver of the cargo van W/M Stroude, William may be under the influence of a controlled substance. A DUI investigation was conducted, which resulted in Stroude being placed under arrest for DUI. Stroude was TOT PBCJ.
16-34884 1817hrs Burglary to Residence Rider Rd
Victim stated he discovered two of his bicycles stolen at 1730 hours. The bike had been locked and secured on his back porch. Victim stated that he last saw the bikes at approximately 2100 hours on 6/21/16, before going to bed. The cable used to secure the bikes had been cut off. A Black Townie Beach Cruise (unknown serial number), and a Mavue Bicycle (unknown make/ serial number).

Victim stated that his black four door 2007 Ford F250, FL Tag 526QLP was stolen sometime during the night between 2300 and 0630 hours. Vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC.
16-034821 1300 hours Burglary Residence (Occupied) Tara Lakes Drive East
Victim stated that unknown suspect kicked in the door of her residence. When the suspect saw her he fled from the residence. Subject was described as a black male approximately 20 years of age wearing a white tank top and red shorts.
