Contact was made with the victim who stated that on 04/29/2016 between the hours of 0800 and 1530, unknown suspect(s) entered her home through an unsecured window. The victim advised that the suspect(s) proceeded to take two I pads, miscellaneous jewelry, a Bluetooth speaker and a piggy bank containing $20. The total value of all items taken is $693.

Anonymous caller advised they believed the shot had originated from the SW 5th Avenue area. Officers arrived in the area at and searched the surrounding areas for any evidence of such. The search yielded negative results.
16-024825 2038hrs Burglary to Auto 902 S. Broughton Cir
Contact was made with the victim who stated that when she exited her residence she observed the driver’s side window of her 1998 Toyota Corolla (NC tag DJP5816) smashed out. The victim advised the only items missing were miscellaneous clothing items (estimated value $300). The victim could not provide an exact time frame but did state it had to happen within the last couple of hours.

Victim stated that unknown suspects entered their unlocked vehicle and removed numerous items including a wallet and credit cards. The credit cards were used in a purchase at 850 W. Gateway (7-11) at approximately 0300 hours.
16-024743 1302 hours Stolen Auto 12 Crossing Circle
Victim stated that unknown individuals stole his 2015 white Honda CRV LX (FL tag 952RCM) from the parking lot in front of his apartment. Vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC.
