16-020970 1750hrs Stolen Auto 1499 S. Federal Hwy
Contact was made with the victim who advised that sometime between 1800hrs on 04/12/16 and 1730hrs today’s day, an unknown person removed his 2011 Red Yamaha R1 bearing Florida tag 0532RT, from the second floor parking garage. The vehicle was entered into NCIC/FCIC.
Multiple Auto Burglaries Tri Rail 2800 High Ridge Rd 16-020826, 16-020827, 16-020828
Three auto burglaries were discovered this morning. All vehicles had been secured and various windows were smashed to gain entry to the vehicles, each vehicle had been rummaged through, however, nothing was noted as missing.
16-020832 0623hrs Robbery w/ a Firearm 2200 NW 2nd St
Victim stated that he was walking to work when he was approached by a black male who demanded his money, wallet, and phone. Victim stated that the suspect brandished a revolver so he gave him the items. There was a delay in reporting the incident and the suspect was not located.
16-020847 0832hrs Animal Cruelty/Death Sara Sims Park 209 NW 9th Ct
Complainant discovered a decapitated kitten on the sidewalk outside the bathroom area. Animal Control Investigator Roerich responded and determined that the kitten was about 6 weeks old and the head had been removed from the body by a sharp object, possibly a machete. At this time there are no known suspects.
