16-014484, 16-14493 Hypoluxo Rd/N. Congress Ave. Agg. Assault Firearm, Using Firearm while under the Influence, Improper Exhibition of Firearm, Simple Battery, & DUI/refusal 1547 hours.|
Units responded to the intersection in reference to a motor vehicle crash. B/M Michaud, Marc-Kenny driving his black Lexus crashed into the rear bumper of a white Ford F-150 driven by B/M Clark, Ricky who was stopped for the red light. As Clark exited his vehicle, Michaud approached Clark and began to pushing him and blaming him for the crash. Clark now defending himself pushed Michaud to the ground. Michaud got up from the ground went back into his vehicle retrieved his 9MM Glock handgun from the glovebox and charged Clark. Witness W/M Norman, Richard and Clark wrestled the handgun away from Michaud then tackled him to the ground, this time Clark held him there until Officers arrived. DUI investigation revealed Michaud had a B.A.L. range of .193 to .224. Clark, his Wife, and their two Children along with Norman were all unharmed. Michaud was medically cleared from Bethesda Hospital ER, charged accordingly, then transported to PBSO main jail.
16-014544 2800 SW 4th St. Poss. of Cocaine, Poss. of Marijuana under 20 grams, Poss. of Paraphernalia, & D.U.I.
Units responded to the above location in reference to a vehicle stopped in the roadway with the driver passed out. Officers made contact with the driver W/M Travis J. Willingham. In plain view Officers observed suspect cocaine (.3 grams) on a fifty dollar bill on the front dashboard. Willingham presented signs of impairment. Willingham was taken into custody with incident. Search of the vehicle revealed 2.2 grams of Marijuana and a glass pipe. Officer A. Vargas completed the DUI investigation. Willingham was processed and then transported to PBSO main jail.

Officers responded to the above address in reference to the report of gun shots in the area. A check of the area was negative. Security Officer confirmed fireworks in the area.

Victim advised their 2014 4dr Cadillac was stolen sometime during the evening. The car is black in color, bearing Fl tag CAVH48. Vehicle entered N/FCIC.

Unknown person or persons entered the above residence through the unlocked front door. Multiple personal belongings stolen to include a black in color 556 caliber Adams Arms semi-automatic rifle (serial # AA00422) with a front grip and scope on top valued at approximately $2,000 was stolen (entered in F/NCIC).

BBFR responded in reference to the above address in reference to heavy smoke was found coming from the rear window of the residence. The scene was turned over to the Fire Marshall, investigation on-going.

2001 Lincoln Towncar, cream/ivory in color, bearing Fl tag K918QQ was stolen sometime between 0130 and 0200hrs this date. Vehicle entered F/NCIC.

Victim/ maintenance advised that sometime between 03/11/2016 at approximately 1630hrs and today at 1115hrs, unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole miscellaneous tools.
16-014264 1121hrs Burglary (Residence) 321 NW 2nd St.
While investigating 16-014256 it was discovered that this location was burglarized as well. Tools, building materials and an air conditioning unit were taken.
16-014167 Suspicious Incident/shots fired Cherry Hill Mini Market 1213 NW 4th St. 2038 hours
Officer responded to the above address in reference to the report of multiple gun shots. A check of the area was negative for crime scene and/or victims.
16-014182 Disorderly Intox. 208 NE 10th Ave #C 2144 hours
Officers responded to a disturbance at the above location, contact was made with B/M David Coleman who was standing on the sidewalk and actively yelling and being belligerent. Officers instructed Coleman (who was suspected to be under the influence of unknown alcoholic beverage) to lower his voice and discontinue using vulgarities. Coleman refused to comply with the Officer’s request, as his actions caused several neighbors to exit their residence causing a public disturbance. Coleman was taken into custody and transported to Palm Beach County jail.
16-014074 1115 hours Burglary Residence Fawkland Circle.
Officers responded to an alarm to discover the front door of the residence had been kicked in. Victim stated computers, and jewelry were missing from the residence. Total loss was estimated at $6,500. Officers were unable to determine when the crime occurred as the resident has been in the hospital for the last week.

Victim reported that sometime between 0700 and 1700 hours, person(s) unknown entered their unsecured 2006, Infiniti, and removed his wallet which contained a small amount of cash, identification, and credit cards. Total loss is estimated at $15.
16014017 2237 hours Burglary (Auto) 608 Belmont Place
Victim reported that sometime between 1000 hours on 03/09/2016 and 2200 hours this date, person(s) unknown entered their unsecured 2014 Suburu and removed two automatic handguns (Springfield XD 40 caliber & XD 9mm) and a dart set from within. Victim could not provide serial numbers for either weapon. Total loss is estimated at $1,500.
