W/M, Jose Arocho, 12/12/80, arrested after Sergeant Turco observed him driving through a red light and subsequent FST’s conducted by Officer N. Davis revealed he was under the influence while operating a vehicle.
15-050833 0840hrs Burglary Auto (In Progress)Neptune Drive
Victim advised that she observed a young B/M with short dreads, who was wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans, enter her 2013 Toyota Rav4 FL #C038SQ through the driver’s door. The suspect took a stack of miscellaneous papers, and fled the scene in a south-eastern direction. Several units including a K-9 canvassed the area for the suspect with negative results.
15-050870 1341hrs Burglary to Residence (Delayed) N.W. 4th Avenue
Victim advised that sometime between 1900hrs on 10/21/15 and 1300hrs today unknown suspect(s) burglarized her residence. Entry was made through the rear utility room door and the suspect(s) stole the washer, dryer, A/C unit, 2 cellphones, and some miscellaneous clothing.
