Officers responded to the above location in ref. to an attempted CAT Burglary. Victim stated that she heard a loud bang from the front door but did not see anything. When the victim went to the front door this morning the door was pushed in and the door-jam damaged. No entry was made by the suspect(s). $500.00 in damage.
15-037419 Warrant Arrest 100 W. Gateway Blvd. 0906hrs
Officers conducted a traffic stop in ref. to a traffic violation. During the stop it was found the driver had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The driver was arrested issued the citation and TOT P.B.C.J.
15-037481 Attempted Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 2815 S. Seacrest Blvd.
Officers met with W/F Shapiro, who reported that after parking her vehicle, at the aforesaid location, an unknown person(s) shattered a window on her Blue BMW coupe; however, after being rummaged through – nothing was missing from therein.
15-037489 Residential Burglary – Delayed Meadows Drive
Officers met with Kimberly Tony, who reported that an unknown person(s) entered her residence. Once the unknown person(s) entered her residence, they rummaged through and stole several personal items from therein.
15-037574 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 2360 N. Federal Hwy.
Officers met with Chantelle Brown, who reported that after parking her vehicle, at the aforesaid location, an unknown person(s) reached in through the open window of her vehicle – resulting in the unknown person(s) stealing her cellular phone from therein.
15-037644 Accident W/ Injuries 1000 N. Seacrest Blvd. 1149hrs
Officers responded to the above address in ref. to an accident involving 2 (two) vehicles. Both occupants had minor injuries. One of the vehicles did strike the cross walk signal. Civil defense notified.

15-037661 Fleeing and Elude 300 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. 1428hrs
Officers Martinez and Lagor attempted a traffic stop on a black in color VW Passat. The vehicle immediately accelerated and began to elude the officers. The officers turned their emergency equipment off and reduced their speed. Officer Martinez attempted to keep the vehicle in sight; however the vehicle tuned off several blocks away. Ofc. Martinez then located the vehicle crashed in front of Carolyn Sims Center with the suspect running away. K-9 arrived and tracked the suspect and apprehended same. The suspect was TOT P.B.C.J.
15-037678 Credit Card Forgery/GTA/Fleeing/Grand Theft – Arrest 550 N. Congress Avenue
Officer Grigorian arrested B/M Brandon Wright, after a thorough investigation revealed that he attempted to purchase over $1200.00 in merchandise with a fraudulently manufactured credit card. When Best Buy® personnel notified Wright that the credit card was a forgery; he ran southbound from the store to awaiting B/M Benjamin Watts, who was driving a stolen Chrysler® mini-van. As they fled the area; officers attempted to stop the vehicle; however, Watts failed to immediately stop in order for Wright to throw a forged credit card from the stolen vehicle. Wright was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, Credit Card Forgery, Grand Theft and Obtaining Goods by Fraudulent Means. Watts was charged with Fleeing and Eluding and Grand Theft Auto (GTA). Afterwards, Wright and Watts was processed; they were transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.

Officer Picciano arrested B/M William Aish, after a thorough investigation revealed that he attempted to purchase over $1400.00 in merchandise with a fraudulently manufactured credit card. Aish was charged with Fraudulent Use of Identification, Credit Card Forgery, and Obtaining Goods by Fraudulent Means. Later, Aish was processed and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.

Officers met with Margaret Rowell, who reported that an unknown person(s) entered her residence. Once the unknown person(s) entered her residence, they rummaged through and stole several personal items from therein. Crime Scene was negative.
15-037705 Driving Under the Influence – Arrest 1500 S. Federal Highway
Officer Castro made contact with W/M Joseph Higgins during a traffic crash investigation at the aforesaid location. After Higgins refused to complete a series of field sobriety tasks; he was taken into custody under suspicion of being under the influence. While at the police department, Higgins refused to submit a sample of his breathe to be taken. Officer Castro criminally charged Higgins with Driving Under the Influence. Later, Higgins was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-037722 Throwing a Deadly Missile into an Occupied Vehicle 2300 N. Federal Highway
Officers met with Robin Martin, who reported that while traveling, as a passenger in a vehicle, an unknown person(s) propelled a rock towards the vehicle – striking/shattering the front passenger side window. Robin stated that the rock struck her on the right side of her head (near/at the temple); causing a welt and small laceration(s). Area was checked for any suspects, with negative results.
15-037818 Burglary Delayed NE 5th ST 1123hrs
Unknown b/m’s were seen by officers entering a vacant home. However they were able to escape through an opened sliding door prior to a proper search of the home could be conducted. A fridge and stove were taken sometime after 08-11-15, according to the property manager.
15-037827 Burglary Auto Caloosa Park 1219hrs
Sometime today between 1100 and 1219hrs, unknown suspect smashed out the victim’s side window and removed a purse and its contents.
15-037856 Warrant Arrest 1147 S. Federal Highway
Officer Grigorian made contact with W/M Wayne Shaw, who was creating a disturbance at the aforesaid location. A complete records check revealed that Shaw had a Failure to Appear (FTA) warrant; resulting in his arrest. Later, Shaw was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-037886 Shots Fired/Suspicious Incident SE 25th Avenue
Officers responded to the aforesaid location to a report of shots fired; however, after a canvas of the area and check of the local medical facilities – the incident was reclassified to a suspicious incident until such time additional information can be gleaned.
15-037895 Simple Battery – Arrest Via Fiume
Officer Shepaum arrested B/M Darius Holbert; after a thorough investigation revealed that Holbert spat on W/F Ashley Holden; after a road rage incident. Holbert was charged accordingly and released with a Notice to Appear.
15-037928 Burglary Att.-Fenced Compound (Boynton Self Storage) 125 NW 31st Terrace
Officers responded to above address in ref. to an active alarm. Officers walked the perimeter of the fence line and located a section of the fence on the Southeast corner of the property with a 3ft. tall cut in it. Closer inspection of the property yielded negative results for any further signs of burglary or items missing.
